  I was able to do almost everything from my phone. The team was quick to answer any questions we had and worked fast to get us what we needed. Hoping to never need to buy another house, but would use them again!

  Adam Swenka and his team were awesome to deal with. We had issues with the original lender of our new home and ended up switching over to Adam just 2 weeks before we were due to close. Adam worked over the weekend to get our application completed, had an appraisal ordered first thing Monday morning and we had the appraisal and report back by that Thursday. The app and online signing made everything super easy and Adam’s videos helped explain everything very well. Thanks again Adam and team.

As a Transaction Coordinator for several agents in the Springfield area, it is always a much smoother process when the loan officer includes us in communication so we are able to handle the administrative tasks for the agent.   After a rough start and some unexpected roadblocks from a previous lender, I was forced to abruptly switch lenders very late into the home buying process. I was suggested Flat Branch by my realtor and they were above and beyond my expectations. Everything was able to be rushed and completed in time for a closing date I had set around 30 days from the date of switching over. Adam and his team answered any and all questions and removed a huge point of stress for me in the whole process by completing a lot of the work behind the scenes without any involvement from me. Adam and his team got me a better rate, financed the loan in a way that helped me remove additional debt, and still got a great deal on our new house. I'll be highly recommending Flat Branch to anyone I know in the future. Thank you all.
