  We used Teri Harper for our first home purchase two years ago, and she worked so hard for us the first time, we knew we’d use her again for our second home! Teri answers every phone call I make to her and is so fluent in what she’s talking about and helps us understand things easier. Teri is the most friendly, so it definitely makes the home buying process so much more enjoyable when working with someone that only wants the best for her clients. I would recommend Teri to anyone!   When I found myself in an unexpected situation to buy the home I had been renting I was recommended to Teri at Fairway. I was immediately impressed with how she handled my concerns and how she didn't waste a minute getting me a great rate! Not only that she helped me get a great insurance rate where others could not. She updated me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Everything was quick and easy.. which was a surprise. I highly recommend Teri and the team at Fairway Mortgage.   I have honestly NEVER had a home loan handled as easily, as quickly, as professionally, or as well as with Teri Harper, the Branch Sales Manager. She was extremely knowledgeable and from the first moment I contacted her, I knew she cared about me as a person. In addition, Shawna Briner, her assistant went out of her way to follow through to insure all the documents were promptly obtained, in order, and acceptable as submitted. She even contacted me on her day off to schedule the closing! Martha Burns, the Processing Team Lead, completed this team of professionals. She was extremely helpful also. Did I mention their home rates are by far the best? They are!!! You will not be disappointed!

  Teri and her team was such a joy to work with. We were working with another company and things were not going the way we wanted and we were scared we were going to loose our house. Then we got into contact with Teri and it was a complete and amazing change. The quality of work and respect and professionalism we received from her was the best and not to mention the reassurance we had when we explained our situation. It was a fast and easy transition and from the moment we started working with Teri we could tell that things were going to be a lot better and we can’t thank Teri enough for the amazing work she had provided.

  As a first time homebuyer Michael did a fabulous job. Michael was very professional while at the same time making me feel like a friend. He took his time to not only provide me the best service possible but also taught me each step along the way. There was never one time that I called that he didn't answer and respond with patience. He went above and beyond what I could have ever anticipated from a loan officer. I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying a home.

  We began our home buying process with a large bank mortgage lender. It was a terrible experience, with poor communication and mismanagement. We were concerned we wouldn't be able to purchase our home, until we started working with Teri! The Fairway team was professional, thorough, caring, and worked incredibly hard to complete our mortgage application process quickly, keeping us informed and at ease along the way!
