  The staff at Flat Branch were awesome!!! They were so supportive throughout the whole process. Sarah was such a gem!!   Jennifer McGill is who I worked with and she was extremely helpful! She was able to get me approved for far more than what I expected and got me locked into an amazing interest rate! She was always quick to answer my questions (I had a lot) and kept me updated on the process as everything was moving along. Everyone at this company is amazing!

  I highly recommend Flat Branch to anyone looking into buying a home! First of all I was treated like a person not a payday. Justin and Chuelo were amazing to work with! The whole process was quick, smooth and easy. They definitely know what they're doing! Everyone in the other parties involved were very impressed and pleased to work with Flat Branch. I will definitely be a return customer when it comes time for me to purchase another home.

  I applied for a mortgage with Flat Branch after my sister had success of purchasing her home. I’ve been working on my credit and DTI for the last (3) years to be able to purchase my childhood home. Flat branch worked amazing with me and walked me through it step by step. And after 3 months (it took mine a little longer due to DTI regulations) I was approved and closing on my home! So thankful they were willing to work with me and get me approved 10/10 would use again. Jeremiah Lindsey and his team are amazing

  Jeremiah and his team along with Debbie did a great job with processing my application as well as being punctual and making sure the process was easy and professional. Jeremiah was able to get the job done in less than 4 weeks start to finish. Will recommend them.
