  I was immediately greeted by Madison as soon as I entered and only had to wait moment while she finished helping someone else. I was then helped by Brad who kindly and professionally answered all of my questions and helped me set up my bill pay. Very clean and well lit parking lot,lobby and drive thru. Free coffee and comfortable music as well which makes the place feel a lot friendlier than most other banks. I would definitely recommend this bank to everyone.

  What happened to this location?! Poor customer service coupled with outrageous private bank fees overdraft fees (that can't be waived or protected against). Be warned! I've been with Midfirst for 13+ years and am appalled at how I was treated at this location..the same location I originally opened my account at all those years ago. The teller was dismissive and unhelpful alongside her manager who was also less than friendly and helpful. Midfirst, remember your customers or their wallets will forget you.
