  Neely Pearson and Midtown Mortgage are simply amazing. I dread all of the paperwork and drama involved in buying a home and she made it all so much fun. She is smart and competitive when looking for ways to get the best interest rates and had a list of things we would need ready for me when we first spoke. I emailed everything to her then took off on my lunch hour, signed all the papers needed and we were done. No fussing at all. We closed weeks earlier than anticipated and I could not be more pleased with the work Neely did for me. She Is Awesome!

  I have worked with other lenders in the past and was referred to Neely by my real estate agent. This was undoubtedly the easiest process I have experienced when buying a new home. Neely was very easy to talk to about my financial issues and was quick to encourage and pursue options when other lenders had turned me down. She was quick to get back with me with my questions and she always made me feel like I was important.   My husband and I recently closed on our home mortgage loan with Midtown Mortgage and could not be happier with Neely Pearson and the services provided by their team. We were in a bit of a time crunch and when Neely said they could get everything done within 30 days we were more than skeptical, but from the time we chose our home she kept her word and we were moved in within the 30 days! She is brilliant and was available to us at all hours of the day and night while we were getting all of the documents together, and was more than gracious and informative while we were making the decision on which home to buy. There are not enough things to say about our experience with Neely Pearson and Midtown Mortgage, except to say they are highly recommended.

  I have actually bought TWO homes through Midtown Mortgage. I bought my first house in 2009 from Neely Shaw and I can't say enough great things about her. She was compassionate, understanding and worked up into the night on issues that we needed to clear up before closing. My second home, I bought in 2014, once again Neely to the rescue. We had amazing service and communication. I have referred all my friends to Midtown and will continue to support them in anyway possible. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

  Neely Pearson was fantastic!! She got us approved for more than we could have imagined possible. She was there for us every step of the way, and had great experience, and advice. Chelsey Saliba referred us to her and since, we have told multiple people about Neely. Neely helped us build up our credit by telling us what steps to take.   I stumbled upon Neeley at Midtown Mortgage by accident. What a God sent! Not only did she help when others turned us away, but she got us approved quick and closed on time! We gave her less than perfect credit; as well as, an unrealistic time frame to get us, not just approved but closed and moved in.
