  Terrible customer service it's true the Stars show that this financial center is really really bad. People around this should all be fired. But anyways if you want you can ask me exactly what happened I'll tell you just take my word for it and take the word of everybody that's being reviewing this branch

  FYI, this actually has a bank with tellers here. Great service for me! Took me a few bank locations before I found this out...

  Came in to close an account I do not use because they are charging $12 a month for “maintenance fees” when there is nothing in the account. I was told it’s better to close the account over the phone rather than at the branch I was already at.

  Been a customer for more than 40 years. This branch lacks customer service as bad as Wal Mart. Hopeless drones more worried about texting then helping people that have already signed in and waiting for an hour. No temp debit card today......Shame on you Bank of America

  The front desk is rude and not helpful at all. She told me that they could not help me. I waited in the lobby anyway and Ryan got me in and out of there in 5 mins . He is awesome!

  This place won't let you cash a check on their Bank without a banker verifying it to be legitimate and even if they have seen you every payday , they don't like letting go of the money and they are trying to force people to open an account , I hate that place , I wouldn't Bank there if my life depended on it Bank of America SUCKS !

  Went to get auto loan that I payed off lien released payed off over phone 15 days ago was told 7 to 9 days to receive it sold car but need lien release no help what soever said I had to wait for it to come in mail they did not care about my problem
