  I have really liked this bank for many reasons, but this evening, I realized they now charge a CU online fee!!!! How many more fees are they going to come up with? These fees could mean the difference between overdrafting or not. This is just not right. I am going to start looking for a better credit union after over ten years of being with them.

  Hi JR thank you for sharing your feedback with us, our CU Online fee is only charged if you use Bill Pay. If you do not use Bill Pay you are not charged to use Online Banking.   Horrible service and business . I got my account opened perfectly fine I was promised my account and now I’m told for whatever reason of a past institute that I’m not even familiar with that my checking account will be closed . Horrible why waste my time when I could have been told and informed with unfamiliar allegations at the time of my opening of the account process . Usually with banks there is leniency but I’m sorry this bank is horrible. I would not recommend this bank to anyone only negative stuff to say about this institute . This bank Will never make it into a US wide bank with this type of service . 0 stars honestly

  Worst bank in Las Cruces. They treat your money like it's their money. Take your business to First Light when choosing a "Credit Union"

  Amazing service!! Gina helped me get my first auto loan! She made this experience easy and efficient! She went above and beyond to make sure I got everything taken care of as fast as possible! 10/10 would recommend

  My girlfriend was outright lied to by Art in collections. He told her that you have until tomorrow morning by 10:00 to make a payment or we are going to come pick up her car. The funny thing was she never missed a payment on her car. What she missed was a line credit loan. She is in the process office by a debt consolidation and told by the company it not to.make any payments until the consolidation has been finalized. Art at White Sands told her that it was secured by her car., which is an absolute lie but she wasn’t sure. She thought maybe they got linked together. My girlfriend became so distraught that she might lose her car, she got physically sick. She started crying like a baby. The worst part about it this took place st her work. When she told me what happened, I told her to meet me at the credit union, because we are going to get some answers. First thing I asked for was a copy of the contract and I wanted to see the security agreement proving that the line of credit was secured. They could only produce the promissory note. So bottom line, they FLAT out lied to my girlfriend. They used hard ball collection techniques that you wouldn’t expect from a credit union.. What kind of company does this? Think again before you do business or take out a loan with White Sands.
