  Had to hold off on paying for a couple of weeks because money got tight and they said that's okay, and we gave them a date to when we can pay them again. We took off auto payment as well. Woke up this morning and found out the withdrew over 124 out of my account without my permission. Not to mention that's not even the amount of my payment. They illegally took money out of my account. Didn't even tell me at all. I think its ridiculous that an income base loan has over a 200 percent interest rate

  As we speak I am in there building and there is one white lady and black lady with glasses!!! I have been in here for 45 minutes being questioned on why I didn’t cash my child support checks when I got them !!! This unbelievable then I had to filling out some forms after they called and found that there were good!!! It was still a hassle !!! Get it together I will never return here again!!!

  If you read my other review this is sort of a part 2 if you will. As I stated last time my transaction was a bit challenging so i needed to go to this location to complete it. Well a hiccup occured where I was not in the system only my husband was so I could not complete the transaction at that time. Bummer! I was frustrated (probably visibly) but I understood we were in a hurry at the other location and computer was having issues. Well instead of getting defensive and escalating my crabbiness the staff here was actually empathetic and kind. The manager Jessica really went above and beyond to do everything in her power to make things easier and more convenient for me. Oh, and I had my special needs child with me who was about at his time limit for good behavior ,in a boring environment,and they were patient and kind with him as well . This my friends is customer service! I may have left frustrated but they made it right and they diffused my frustration beautifully! They have definitely earned my business!!

  Didn't get approved for a loan but I was approved for a line of credit. Very affordable biweekly payments. A great way to build your credit if it's in not so good shape.

  Great service, I was approved for a loan however, decided not to take it because of a new policy in place, the young ladies that provided service was kind and courteous.

  They really work with their customers whereas other companies like this do not.
