  Donna is wonderful!!! Such a lovely and helpful lady. Donna stayed late to ensure our loan was approved and was more thsn accomodsting when making arrangements for payment. I will definatly continue to utilize first virginia as long as Donna is my agent.

  Husband uses this to cash his band checks. Fees are inline with other of same business. friendly staff. seeing other reviews - lol. if you default YOU are in the wrong and they have right to call and penalties are posted. New check? yes they have to confirm, people bring in stolen and bogus checks all the time. a good option if you don't have a bank. read the contracts and don't act if you should get a special deal if you default.

  Don’t borrow money from them. If you ever default, they will harass you, call your job like 8 times a day.

  That foreign lady that works there has a really nasty attitude. Had a problem with them ended having to pay 90 something $$ extra cause a payment was due on a day they were closed.

  Terrible experience they questioned me about was my phones mine questioned was my sister real and i couldnt cash a small $26 dollar check because my employer was closed , i don't see how this location is in business NEVER go here , the sign that says CASH CHECKS INSTANTLY is a lie i will never return there ever
