  Shopping for new home is not an easy process. I made visits to lot of different builders in Frisco and nearby cities before coming to First Texas Homes in Collinsbrook Farm. I met with Lisa, Heather, Scott and Suzy and they have been treating me really well from our first meeting. They are totally different from other builders. They truly care about your needs in your new dream home. I have been mainly working with Lisa and Heather and both have been super talented. They have gone above and beyond to ensure all of my needs are met during the planning meeting. I feel that Heather was truly an architect as she helped me personally with choosing different designs, colors of cabinets and basically every single smallest details inside each different rooms on both floors of the house. She goes through every inch of the corner of the house and suggests which will look great. We really liked all her suggestions while keeping the costs in our budget. Lisa has been helping us with all of the construction related changes and she responds quickly by text message as well as emails. She even responds on her off days. I have made great decision to stay with First Texas in Collinsbrook farm in Frisco. They are super busy with back-to-back meetings. However, Lisa make sures she addresses all of my questions and concerns. During initial planning, I was confused about multiple different floor plans and Lisa made lot fits with no issues at all. We have made a great decision by staying with First Texas Homes in this community and I cannot thank them enough for providing me with help and staying with me for 3-4 hours on my multiple visits to help me choose correct combinations.

  Positive experience. Have been working with Lisa and Heather from last 6 months. Great experience with both of them. They are both super helpful as well as gives weekly updates. Super nice to work with both of them. Highly recommend FTH - Collinsbrook Farm!!

  Very good overall. I was looking for a home with a specific price point in mind, within a 25-mile radius. I was lucky to find this community through one of my good friends. Scott Evans was my agent and working with him has made my first time buying a home smooth experience. He truly cares about what you need and he went beyond to make sure i had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing my first home. Other staff were also friendly, upbeat and professional as Scott.

  We got a house in phase 2 and Scott was really awesome sales rep and very knowledgeable and provided all things with a good quality and ensured that whatever was said or promised was taken care

  Awesome community in frisco and very close to parks and recreation not to mention close groceries and awesome isd, Lisa is awesome to work with , appreciate All the feedback during the home build , thanks to the FTH team

  These are beautiful homes. We have worked with Doug Whitteberry and Scott Evans to design our home. It has been a very positive experience. My daughter and I are going to share a home and we needed a home with two master suites. We also wanted a few additional changes to make it a home that would meet our needs. Doug has listened to what we wanted and also suggested additional items that we had not thought to add. I am so looking forward to continued work with Doug, Scott and Gilbert. I feel confident that the home we have designed together will meet our expectations.

  Scott is the worst sales guy you will ever meet in your entire life. If you want to ruin your home buying experience, then feel free to go with Scott or else go with Lisa or any other sales person except Scott. He is extremely rude, arrogant, basically not worthy enough to be a salesperson. FTH thinks he sells houses for them but he doesn't. Houses are getting sold in this community due to low price but post covid the prices are high now. If First Texas Home is reading this review, I would request to look into this and take action against Scott otherwise I will keep writing honest reviews on him until he is at this community. Worst person ever to do sales with, he should be fired right away.

  We are currently building in phase 2 and have worked with Scott who has been extremely helpful. He knows the ins and outs of building with First Texas, therefore he is meticulous and very upfront regarding what changes will work and what will not during building per code. He has made the process easy and has been very patient with us throughout the process. He’s knowledgeable regarding the company and the people he works for/with. I have to mention, he works with a very dynamic group of individuals who demand certain changes, dates, and things to go their way all the time. Some things are not in his hands and the process of building is a task itself. With emotions running high, it’s easy to only think about yourself, your home, and your family, but please keep in mind every person building in the community wants the best home as fast as possible! Thank you Scott and FTH for everything especially all the customization :)

  I would like the First Texas Home management to take the reviews seriously. The Sales rep Scott Evans is too rude and arrogant and doesn't have any value. He is extremely unprofessional and does not fit for the job. I would suggest anyone to go with the other sales rep and not this guy because he is definitely going to give you very bad vibes. Necessary action has to be taken against him. It is your life time investment and never let him to rush you to sign in 10 mins. 0 star.
