  Tom was amazing! We were well taken care of, he walked us through every step of the mortgage loan process, took great care to explaining things we weren't clear on, and really showed how much he cared about us... not just our mortgage loan! I can't recommend Tom enough!!!

  Cannot say enough about Tom and his team. Smooth process from start to finish. Laid out mortgage options in easy, comparison based format so I knew exactly what I was getting. His entire team was professional and diligent. Our closing was threatened due to the severe winter storm, but they pushed things through despite being without power and internet. We closed on time with no problems. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a mortgage.

  Tom saved our family an ENORMOUS amount of stress and money. I'll spare you the details - suffice it to say there were several unique tricky aspects to our financing situation and Tom and his team were VERY on top of all of it, always getting back to me within an hour or less, going back and forth with all of the parties in the transaction. Ultimately one of the most important reasons the loan succeeded was that Tom has strong personal relationships and a deep history with key people in the industry. A mortgage is way, way too big of a deal to entrust to just anybody. I've done real estate deals in the past and frankly have been screwed more than once by people who didn't know what they were doing. The amount of stress that created for my family was huge - it impacted both our marriage and our children. A mistake with a mortgage can set you back years. Tom and his team really care and have the expertise and the influence and relationship network to get even tricky deals through - and mine appeared very straightforward at first! They don't treat you like a transaction or a number - they treat you like a person and the whole team understands this is the biggest financial decision you're likely to make in your lifetime. We love our new home, and while in the past I've had irresponsible people set our family back, Tom and his team were able to move us forward.
