He provided multiple scenarios for rates and credits, and made it easy to identify the ideal option for us.   I recently went with First Rate Financial on a new home purchase in Texas. I shopped around with many different lenders. I chose first rate because they came in with the lowest closing costs and interest rate that I could find, and they were also very easy to get a hold of and talk to. One of the things we we afraid when choosing a lender, is that we might end up with someone who delays purchase because they fail to complete all of the steps in a timely manner. First Rate completed all of these steps well ahead of time, I will definitely work with them again.

  The team at First Rate were fantastic! We have never had a team take such a personable and professional approach with handling our loan. They not only went above and beyond to find us the best rates, but even showed us ways for avoiding unnecessary closing cost fees. None of the other mortgage companies (especially the “big guys”) we went to could even come close to the overall rates and closing costs at First Rate. They will definitely be our “go to” pick in the future for any other purchases we make!

  The First Rate team went above and beyond to lock in the best rate and made it quick and easy to obtain our mortgage. They guided us on what to expect and provided tips throughout the whole process. We had purchase 2 other homes previously using other mortgage companies and we did not get near this level of service and attention. First rate made time to consult with us during our busy schedules. Other companies would only respond during regular business hours or we would be put on hold after going through a maze of an automated call.
