I have to admit that I am highly satisfied with the level of service that I have received from Anthony. Very personable and ensures that all my needs are being met. Eileen Riverside1There's a hold on the account for a payment into it. The hold is on my (this bank's) end. I called numerous times and am unable to reach a live person to discuss. I've received funds from this other account before without problems. My issue is- why the hold and why can't I reach anyone to discuss it?

Matt Marquez1BEWARE! I was promised a fantastic interest rate as well as an agreed upon length of term only to have them come back and tell me they “made a mistake during training” and won’t be able to honor those terms after all. The manager was completely ok with me letting him know I’ll be filing a complaint with the National Credit Union Administration Office of Consumer Protection as well as the BBB. Makes me think they have had issues like this before.

Dylan Manning5Great experience!!!!! I got to the branch about 30 minutes before close and Anthony still had patience and understanding with my problem opening up a new account. Took only 10-15 minutes and I was good to go. The branch manager was also a great help!!!!! This will definitely be my new go to neighborhood cu!!!!!

Steve R J1The technology at this credit union is horrible. Every time I stop by it is out of service/malfunctioning. I get that NCU wants to launch new exciting technology but they need to get their ducks in a row before they launch something new that never works! With this happening at many locations it leads me to believe NCU doesn’t have the software nor resources to support the technology. Stop trying to compete with other digital financial institutions when you don’t have the resources to back it! If you want to compete, don’t put the wagon before the horse. Get everything working before putting it into production.

A Jones3Both times I’ve stopped here their machine is being serviced. They only have one at this location. After my second time I now just drive to Anna or Richardson.
