      This Branch absolutely sucks.. Every time you go to this Branch the only thing they have to ask you is do you have an appointment.. Can't get the most simple basic thing done at the First Tech branch in wilsonville. They have absolutely no drive through and they have no tellers. You don't have an appointment don't even bother showing up. This branch is a total waste of time. Don't use it for any reason.

      worst banks i’ve ever worked with, customer support is non existent, they ask to make appointments and doesn’t follow up on them.

      I recently went to this location to get a new debit card. I was greeted by name by one of the lovely gals at the counter. I worked with Natasha, whom was very please, knowledgeable and nice. She helped me get a better checking account. Also, she printed out all of the useful services and offers that they provide, which I had asked for. She was more than willing to fully answer all of my questions. I very much enjoy this branch and had never had an issue with them. Thanks Ladies!

      I have enjoyed being a member of this credit union for ~20 years now. I have had nothing but a good experience until I opened a heloc. For some reason I get every other FirstTechFed email or notifications but each year when I am charged a $100 account fee for the heloc, I get sent to their collections because I am not notified and had no idea the money was due. In addition I was told as long as I did not close the account prior to two years there would be not charge to close the account. I am now having to pay $120 to close an account I have never used and paid an initiation cost and $100/year. I will be closing my accounts and leaving this bank.

      Troy, thank you for you feedback. The $100 annual fee is correctly reflected on your Heloc statement. The $128.00 fee is a required Reconveyence fee the county charges to remove our name from the deed when a loan is paid off. I hope this helps explain what has happened with your Heloc.       I have always had good experiences here and gotten a wide variety of products from this branch. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Natasha for having the best customer service.

      Went in to withdraw my tax refund. The teller notified me that First Tech does participate in shared banking through other credit unions, but this branch in Wilsonville does not. I was notified by the teller that the ATM does allow it. Really? I know for sure this ATM will take my debit card, are you serious? I went to this branch specifically because my credit union stated they do shared banking here. Just because the ATM takes my card doesn't mean you offer shared banking. What part of "shared banking" do you not understand? If you are going to offer it, make sure it's the full capacity.

      Not the most knowledgeable and direct staff. Shared Branching and ATMs provide different types of transactions with different timeframes, maximums and minimums. Instead of being up front right off the bat and let you know they cannot perform shared branching txn's, theyll just say the ATM does it for them. That's not correct information, ATM networks and shared branching aren't the same.

      The telephone agent Bbana was nearly incomprehensible, and refused to connect me to a supervisor when requested. Requiring a next day appointment to make a deposit is also untenable.
