  Pretty good credit union. I had a vehicle financed thru here and I was given an awesome interest rate. I then inquired about another loan I had and they were able to provide an even lower interest rate so I refinance with them. The only thing I don't like is the monthly fee on the savings account. I feel as customers there should not be a limit set on how much you need in an account in order not to accrue a monthly fee. Other than that I will look into the credit union for any financial needs in the future. Thanks!

Normally there is not a service fee on a regular saving account so we will look into that and contact you.   Recieved excellent customer service . Workers greeted me as I came in highly recommend them to anyone. I was assisted by Kyea she was very welcoming and helpful.

  I’m not a fan of hidden fees and not being told the correct information. However I am changing my review because a manager, Debra, personally called me and not only resolved my issue but took the time to explain to me what happened and how to keep it from happening again. That really means the world to me. I feel like I’m appreciated as a member of this institution.

  Very friendly and welcoming environment. I worked with Renea Williams to open new accounts and get situated and it was a breeze and a delight. A place you feel good about doing business with.

  If I could put ZERO STARS I would. The customer service is abysmal. There was a $10 fraudulent charge on my account, and this bank said it would cost me $50 to fill out fraudulent paperwork. Don't bank here. They are NOT your friends.
