  The customer service employees do not know how to renew my cd account deposit to someone else account they are not even able to figure it out talked me to come back tomorrow. I really sad need better training....

  Sat for an hour to get a form notarized just to be told from the next available clerk that she forgot her stamp and I would have to continue to wait for the other clerk who was working with a client on the phone as well as had one in front of her. Left as a result. Would rather pay then wait 2 hours with a newborn in the lobby during COVID for something to be notarized, which takes less than 10 minutes to do.

  The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have several accounts with Suntrust, and I appreciate the employees at this branch. Wait times currently are due to the branch using extra caution to keep everyone safe and everything sanitary. I appreciate the level of care used. Thank you, Suntrust Cordova.

  Stan is the man (Branch Manager) very personable service. I was sad to see this low rating. I have experienced great service here. Aside from few ATM issues trying to make after hours deposit, but that was a machine offering a service nothing to do with their personable customer service. This is a very busy part of town so I have learned peak hours and avoid going during that time. I have moved to different parts of town over the last decade and continued to use dif branches of Suntrust now Truist with ease.

  I used to love this bank 3 years ago till I moved back to the neighborhood now I think they're under new staff so now I spend 30 minutes in the drive-through every time I could be the 1st one at the window I think I might just find a new bank or might go to the older one on summer

  I have never had such bad banking experience ever!! I called the help line before i even went in to the branch to cancel my account to see if i was able to resolve this issue. The lady on the phone was zero help. She tried to explain to me why some of the unnecessary overdraft charges were done. But she made no sense what so ever. She explained that a pending item was a reason for overdraft fees charged on other items that have been cleared. With the amount was over the funds needed. Went into the branch with a print out showing the issue and they said that they were unable to refund me the over 200$ worth of overdraft fees they charged me. This bank cheated me completely. Would never recommend this bank to anyone ever

  We have been banking with Suntrust for quite some time. Ever since my husband started working with a new employer that still writes paper checks we have had an issue cashing his check! They said “ if you don’t have the amount in your account to cover the check we can’t cash it.” Duh! The check is in your hand. Might I mention this is a COMPANY check NOT a personal one! Walmart and convenient stores cash checks all the time BUT AN INSTITUTION THAT HOLDS OUR MONEY CANT! 🤬😡 Very disappointing financial institution. Please do yourself a favor and find another bank. They also have lousy savings fees! We will not be with this bank going ominto the new year!!!

  Be prepared to spend an hour in line. Absolutely unacceptable! Also- they don't accept cash?! What bank does not take CASH!? Terrible service

  Waited a hour. Very slow. Only one person at the desk helping customers. I would give them zero star if I can
