  I just purchased my MK4 GTI VR6 from Wolfchase Toyota and I could not be happier with the car or the sales experience. Nicole Simpson went above and beyond to hold the car for me until I could travel to Memphis and pick it up. Her professionalism extended beyond just the easy, painless sale and she made sure I had great food and even booked me a room in a wonderful motel. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership and their staff, especially Nicole. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

  Had a wonderful experience today at Wolfchase Toyota! Got just the car we wanted at a great price, and they met us where we wanted with our trade in. Nicole Simpson was our salesperson and Brian Taube was our finance guy and they were great to deal with! Go see Nicole!!

  Returned to this dealership that the vehicle was initially purchased at for recall work. When I took possession of my vehicle I immediately asked to speak to a manager as the windshield was returned to me with a crack in it. There were no cracks in the windshield when I left it with them. I was told by service department manager Phillip Ross that my windshield had a rock mark in it where the crack was when I brought the vehicle in. This flat out is not true. The windshield had no stars or rock marks where it's now cracked. I was told they would review the camera footage and call me the next day. They did not call the next day. Eventually Phillip Ross called me two days later to tell me that the footage showed that indeed my windshield was not cracked when I brought it in but that it cracked during the time it was in their possession because "of the heat" and due to their claim of a previous existing rock mark that I deny existed. That's it, to them. They flat out admit no responsibility in the matter. I've spent time calling them, I've spent time on the phone arguing with a very sour man, I've yelled. I'm mad. Thing is, I've got full coverage insurance. It's a $250 for me to fix this. In the grand scheme of things it's not worth my elevated blood pressure at how poorly I've been treated by these crooks. But here's the big picture, Wolfchase Toyota: I bought that car there. I've sent in 3 people to you and they all bought cars there. My car is old. It's a Toyota so it's held up nicely but honestly, I'd like something new soon. So not only can I not recommend to anyone that they go here anymore (to the contrary, avoid this place at all costs), but I also have to buy my Toyota elsewhere now. It's not about the cost, guys. It's about the fact that you're in the wrong and you've all but called me a liar on this issue. And due to your shortsightedness on this, you've lost way more than the cost of a Yaris windshield. Crooked jerks. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Horrible scam for a dealership. Do your research before wasting your time calling. I called twice and the "sales" department was more concerned about giving me their spiel on selling me a year newer car and getting my email address then selling me the truck I was interested in. Then, I find out they jacked up the price of the truck I was looking at by $6K. I can understand if there was an error but I never received a call back or pictures as I was promised. All in all, if you want to get treated like crap, lied to and ripped off this is the place to go. I'm all the way in Michigan and extremely happy they made it clear they were con-artist before I wasted a trip down. Good luck to locals, I suggest making a drive to another dealership.

  Wonderful experience purchasing my wife’s new 2015 RAV4 Limited from Alfred Waddell. Best salesman ever. Ask for him by name. He’s been there forever, and knows all about every single car on the lot. Alfred is honest, straight forward and kind. The sales Manager was equally as nice and was very fair negotiating the deal I requested. The financing was painless. Everyone at Wolfchase Toyota went overboard to be nice and professional, even though it was late at night and everyone was tired. Best car buying experience ever. Thank you Wolfchase Toyota.

  My wife and I purchased a brand new Toyota Prius from here. We worked with Wesley Brown and John Michael Jones. We could not be more pleased with their service. They worked very hard at getting us the numbers we needed to make the deal. We also traded in our current Toyota RAV4 and they were able to give us the best trade in value.   We had such a great experience at Toyota Wolfchase. I have always been very skeptical of ''car sales persons'' but that has been sweetly put to rest.   Jake was so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We weren't quite ready to buy yet but he made it difficult not to by sharing all the good deals Wolfchase Toyata had going on at the time. When we're ready we'll be back and requesting Jake!

  Me and my wife purchased a 2011 Toyota 4 runner Cordell was our salesman... Very professional easy to work and when you get into finance he didn't try to sell me on crap I would never use and all around great experience to the popcorn all the way to the finance part.. Very Very Very Pleased. This is her third car and is Definitely been the easiest buying we have been through. I would give this a Five star rating but I have a big chip in my windshield that I should have noticed but was caught up in the act of the car but was never disclosed to me... It would make since for them to just repair the chip and this would have been a 5 star experience!
