  I like the BOA ATMS the cash and check deposits are immediate! Also I happen to leave my wallet at home often so being able to use my iPhone as a debit card at the atm is awesome !

  Never in my life have I seen a bank with the line out of the door and only one teller helping people. 2 other people are their window and have been for several minutes and will not help anyone. It’s almost like they are pretending to be busy solely so they won’t have to help.

  i agree completely with most review comments. this is, if no the worst, at least one of the poorest to provide reasonable services. for instance, you would probably never get any phone supports at all, while, there are free staff round not taking the phones i saw it many times when i was there in person.

  Banking hours 9 to 4. Really? That is while most people are working. One person on drive thru most of the time. Window lane never open....must use outside lanes and the tubes. Since the government bail out, Bank of America has shut down many locations, reduced banking hours, reduced staff, and destroyed customer service. No wonder the staff has an attitude dealing with with customers that have such a long wait. This compares to the DMV when getting car tags. Unacceptable for a banking institution.

  Worst bank in Memphis! Send everyone to lunch at same time so there's literally no cashiers during lunch hour! On top of that, at least 4 people sitting on their asses watching the line grow. No one cares. This place sucks!

  What kind of company groans when you let them know you want to open a new account? We will take our business account to an institution that actually wants new customers. One star is too high of a rating.

  Tiffany rose, associate with an attitude. Not comprehensive when we setup a new account. she forced us to have a paperless account, even though we wanted a paper statement. poor quality and lots of attitude.

  The people that work here are so rude, the drive thru takes longer than shopping at Sam's wholesale Club. It seems they all forgot its called customer service.. I have never been at a business that it's all about making the employees first before the customer!

  Horrible, the lines are always long, sometimes the drive thru is open, and sometimes it's not. Usually only one teller working and other, presumably bankers standing around twirling their tumbs.

  Customer service sucks! Line out the front door also. Do not go there if you’re trying to handle business in a timely matter. It will not get handled!
