  The pending process on accounts for debit charges is all over place. Some are immediate, some take days. If it's the weekend, they pile up. Written checks seem to always draft after 2 am. My direct deposit paycheck never is before 8 am payday Friday. Randomly account will lock on weekends so we have to carry backup credit cards.

  Most of the time coming in here I've had good experiences but just recently I'm thinking about changing banks. I got married in September of 2018 me and my husband came in to make a checking account together I asked the lady to add my husband to my account and make me the primary account holder ( I thought that's what she did ) today June of 2019 I came in to open up a savings account that's linked with my checking to put $600 in savings and to change my last name on my card since when we came in September I was told my marriage license wouldn't work that I needed my last name changed on my driver's license. Well today when I asked to open up my savings she says " I can't do anything without your husband here because he is the primary account holder" I also can't change your last name because I need your husband here to approve of it" first off I asked months ago for ME to be the primary account holder not my husband...because he's in the military and is deployed for a year!!! How the hell is someone supposed to work with there account if they have to have there husbands signature every time???? I'm beyond livid and very frustrated.

  Big difference between the time it takes for checks to clear into my account and the time they said it would take for checks to clear into my account. I was told incorrect and conflicting information on multiple occasions. I'm glad I now bank elsewhere. checks are clearing into my account noticeably faster.

  I have been with First National for 15 years. Never had an issue. The staff are friendly and efficient and I couldn’t be happier.

  I am sorry to say I would not recommend this bank to anyone. The employees do not follow privacy policies and laws.

  The staff is ok but as far as online banking it sucks
