      Basically stole $55 dollars. I banked here for over 20 years. Never been charged to cash or deposit coin. The day I bring in coin to cash to go make a payment that must be made. They took part of it. Never was told that their will be a fee if I cash it nor did I see any sign on this new update.

      I like the hometown Bank. I've had the same account since the 1970s. I'm sad that they closed the branch at 101st and Elm, and they've shortened the hours of operation. The drive through at the Main Street location is ridiculous! I wish they'd kept the old one. IMO, the new one is NOT an upgrade.

      I have been with this bank forever and the customer service and tellers are so nice and helpful. Never have had one complaint about the bank, hope i never have to change banks.

      Closing all the branches south and west of town. Only servicing the east side! Been there 40 years with them and getting ready to move 4 accounts because it's not convenient any more! Paula Drake

      Slowest cashiers ever! ATM machine does not work over half the time. We started using this bank when we moved her for covenient but nothing convenient about this bank except location.
