  Trish helped us out from the first call to the final signing of all paperwork. She was very professional, called us to let us know what and when everything was happening. If there was an issue, she would call me and tell me what was going on and then fix any issues. She came into the office early, so my husband wasn't late for work. I will definitely use First Into Title again.

  I've never been so impressed with someone than with Trish Wakefield. We were the sellers and sat through the closing process that couldn't have gone any smoother. Trish had everything, not only prepared but in perfect order. Everyone at First International Title were so accommodating. They made everyone feel very comfortable. I wouldn't even consider anyone else for a Title company.
