Bonnie Whitmire1If I could give 0 stars I would. SunTrust was great, then the merge happened. Bills didn’t get paid, hold times of over 2 hours and still didn’t get to talk to a human being. The bankers in the Inverness do not return calls or emails. Keith is rude and worthless, can’t even manage to do what he said he was going to do. If you ask for a supervisor’s contact information, they ignore the request. I closed my account because of all the issues and am still having issues after months of fighting with them. Worst bank ever and I have had some bad banks! It’s really a shame that SunTrust sold out.

aqua blue5I have been with Suntrust over 18 years! The same staff continues to work at this branch since the change to Truist. My 2 only COMPLAINTS are: 1..stop asking me for my ID..You see me come out of the mgrs office to do a transaction at the counter and you still ask for my ID. I come in often & you should by now greet me by my name! 2..ATM area is dirty. Clean it up. GOOD: Truist keeps you informed of transactions. Staff at this branch are friendly & the mgr man (account specialist) in the 2nd office to the right from the front entrance is a Peach! He is fantastic!

Tonya May2The wait time in drive thru is ridiculous. It seems to have gotten at lot worse lately. Just today sat in drive thru line for 32 minutes just to make deposits. Always only 2 lines open. My time is valuable too!

Ing Sed1Worse customer service I ever had. Hold up your money for 10 days. Even if they already cashed the check at the other bank. Bank representative will insinuate that the check looks like home printed check even if it’s a check mailed from a bank. Or accuse you of possible fraud because they have never heard of that bank name, then refuse to call bank to confirm it’s an actual legit bank.

Allan Strawder1Awful. I have no choice but to go every month to deposit company rent Collection. Usually I have to take over 4 and 5 separate deposits, one time one of the cashiers at drive thru told me that I was only allow 3 deposits on the dti you if I have more I will l need to inside! I try to cal km over 100 times to find out if this was true or just a lazy made up excuse but NOONE PICKS UP THE IR PHONE, ALWAYS A RECORFING! AWFUL! Hate to go there!

Anthony Bifulco1why doesnt anyone answer the damned phone? First they want you to use automated service, but if you want to speak to something with a pulse....your told immediately everyone is assisting other clients, please hold, then after 10 seconds, AGAIN you get the same msg, but told you can use AUTOMATED services or continue holding....then, your told your being transferred to the branch manager, which then sends you to an monitored line that tells you is too full to take YOUR Message....so NOW i have to physically go to the branch just to ask a question

Brenda Whittington2SunTrust has been our bank since they started. Today we go to the ATM in Inverness, around the machine the front door, the side "so dirty it's makes me ashamed to bank there! It's not just today I don't think it's ever been cleaned! There are loads of pressure washing folks around here. But if I was a Manager of this bank I would do it myself! Come on where is your pride!

Growing Up Armstrong1Avoid this bank like the plague. Everything is automated, and poorly at that. Even when you call the local branch the associates claim not to have access to anything and will transfer you to the 1800 number while you’re speaking. $8.00 for a cashiers check as an account holder...? I’m pretty sure amscott down the road does it for $3... Please, for your sake and the hopes of a better bank in its spot, do not bank here. Let’s get them out of Inverness

Catherine Summers1Terrible rates and charges. Holding out of state Bank Checks for days. Not opened Saturdays, or much during the week either... I find most banks in this area to be very laxed in welcoming new people,

King Solomon911Slowest branch I've been to. Can I'm to get a simple print and was left waiting for 35mins until I walked out. One person handling one on one. This branch is a joke.
