  Rude staff that lied to me about doing a mobile deposit check. They held the check for over 5 days when the banker there swore to me it would go in the next day. Also came here yesterday and the rude big fat guy in a suit told me not to come inside because the store ch ged their hours. What bank changes their hours when they want to? Very unprofessional and horrible bank location.

  Asked for help with an estate letter. Made and appointment with Alex and WOW , praise aggressive at it finest. Kept gaslighting saying im not forcing you. But that's why I came to get the help. Please don't use that like I am being hostile. She now realizes I have more than a second grade education and tells me I am speaking to her loudly, which I reply that is because I am.death. oh you did not tell me that. I should tell you that because why?. How is that not a validation of the A.DA and in walks Ed. The manager that now proceeds to do the same thing. Remind you she told me to come and so she could help. I ask Ed several.time about her comment and sarcastically say so I should like wear a button that says I am hard of hearing. He says he doesn't know if he can take me serious. Unforgivable garbage and let me say... go to another bank. They are clueless

  You must maintain a balance of over $2000 or they will charge you $12 a month for a supposed to be FREE checking. Even one day of going below the threshold, you're charged. Great, let's attack the poor some more! 🤦😖The changes to this bank, none of which are good, are reason enough to look into a credit union or smaller bank (or hell, just a better one). They stopped giving you $300 the day of a deposit as well, which is a recent change. You used to get an advance of $300 on a check deposit, with the rest clearing the "next business day"(though sometimes you wait multiple) All in all, it seems they are they trying to get customers to leave. 🥴🤷

  Lobby closed again .line around building to use drive up hour plus wait. No explanation posted, very strange. Have they run out of money. Been tying to deposit 85 K in checks for 2 weeks . Looks like I will find better bank to deal with. Guess they don't need my money.

  Sitting here now for over an hour for a teller on a Friday at 1:15 pm to drop off a deposit for my grandmother. Bank of America has gone downhill that’s for sure!!! I’m the 6th vehicle in line and only 1 drive up teller lane and 2 drive up atm lanes. Averaging 10-15 minutes per vehicle. What a waste of an hour!!! They need to look at the line of cars they have and change some things here. It’s called hire more employees!This is why I chose to terminate my accounts at this bank. They don’t care about the customers! Glad I am no longer banking with this terrible place!

  Tried to do some drive thru banking for my elderly Mother today because her local branch is closed due to Covid I would assume. I arrived to the drive thru at least 20 minutes prior to 4 pm closing time. There were about 6 cars ahead of me and about 6 cars behind me. The service for each car in front of me was extremely slow and when I pulled up to the drive thru window, they pulled the window shade down indicating that they were closed. What a waste of time for me and all the people lined up behind me. As many of your branches are closed, why is the open branches so understaffed and with very limited hours? Glad this is not my bank!

  This has to be the worst banking institution in the county. they're only open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday so if you work normal business hours you're SOL. I went in today to cancel my account and was told it would be a 45 to 50 minute wait I replied with that's why I hate this Bank and the branch manager through my license and credit card on the counter when I was reaching to grab it from him. can you get a more rude person?

  So I usually always pay my rent with the night drop, but I ran out of deposit slips. So I go to the drive-through and ask for a deposit slip.. I quickly fill it out.. the guy at the window takes my transaction process it, and then hands me a stack of deposit slips and envelopes and told me to use the night drop next time AKA he doesn't have time for my petty transaction hahaha. I tell him i always do that but i had no deposit slips and the night drop wouldnt be processed until tomorrow and my rent is due today. Dang... I'm so glad I don't bank here. They literally want nothing to do with the customers face to face.

  The line almost went out the door in the lobby. They had two desk tellers working yet room for 2 or 3 additional ones. I waited in excess of 25 minutes in line and had to leave. The next day I tried calling customer service as I had a question regarding deposits of cash in my son's account and it has been three days and have not been able to get through to anyone. If possible I would have given a -5 frown face for service.
