  I have had nothing but A+Customer Service in person at the Bank and A+ Customer service on the Phone. My only regrets are that I didnt start Banking Sooner. Thankyou so very much. SUNCOAST Credit Union. Sincerely, Awesome Taylor. I would like to Say Thankyou to Ms. Nichole and Mr.Robert for bringing on and setting up accounts and for all the help in getting my Visa/Debit Cards.

  Waste of time! After being told that they could help me with a small business loan, and a good vouching from a family member I tried them. Lies! No care for local businesses, or small business at least. Maybe I didn't need to get a big enough loan to be worth their time? I don't know? After a week and 5 calls later, and still no response. All I ever get is voicemail, and no call back. Should have read reviews and did research on my own first. Don't waste your time. Trust the reviews! Would have given a zero if I could. Responded to them by email as asked, and still have not heard anything back in a week now. Just goes to show that they don't care, and their automated response system is a slap in their customers faces. It's more than obvious that they do not care. Go somewhere else! Waste of time!

  Best experience I’ve ever had in any banking/credit institution. Chrissy was knowledgeable and personable and I enjoyed every second sitting with her and opening my accounts! Happy to be a new member, thanks Chrissy!

  I have been banking with suncoast for going on 3 years. I've been treated fairly well as a customer but it saddens me when I go to the same bank except for in a different county. Citrus county to be exact the attitude and tone of voice the cashier Victoria decided she didn't feel comfortable to cash my check into my bank account and she needed to refer several times that I didn't have a fraudulent check. And her reasoning was it was unusual amount which it wasn't. Stop judging books by its cover.

  My wife and I moved to Inverness 4-1/2 years ago. We were looking for another bank nearby and looked at the cd rates and thought that Suncoast CU had good rates and deserved an on site review. From the short time we waited and the nice helpful greeting by the teller, Judy, we thought things were going well. We inquired about a cd and she said that a banking specialist was available. We made the appointment and then sat in the lobby for no more than a few minutes. Laura greeted us and we followed her to her office where she took care of all our requirements in an efficient and professional manner. I can't say enough good things about the way we were personally treated by these employees. As I looked around other areas of the bank, the attitude of other employees with customers were similar. Could be that this attitude is part of the training culture. This review was originally written on 1 June 2019 but was lost by a technical glitch. Ed
