  The management at this bank lacks professionalism. First Horizon recently sent a letter stating they will market my personal information unless I opted out….. I opted out AND I requested written documentation affirming this……. Well that was asking TOO much…. No one has the authority to do that! Do not get involved with this bank!

  Horrific experience! Account hacked and over $15,000 stolen from it! They said it could take weeks to get back and not a single person has contacted me to even check in with me. They told me it’s possible for my account to get hacked again tomorrow as they have 0 security measures and protocols in place to prevent things like this from happening. Incompetent employees not doing their jobs properly has cost me a lot of time and money having to go back in and restructure my accounts. They see you only as a pile of cash and have 0 interest in actually helping you as a person or business.

  Very rude assistant on more than one occasion. When I said as much in this last visit, instead of apologizing and trying to be friendly, he told us we could just wait for someone else and then ignored us.

  I am Tired with First Horizon Bank. I deposit all the money I have in US in First Horizon for 3 and a half years Last year my company sent me the payroll check to my account for serval times, but they did not put into my account and they couldn’t find the check after I visited them and called them again and again. Last month was my first time apply credit card in America. They suggested me to open a Secured Credit Card(that is a card which request me to deposit money in it before spend it) to start with. There was no response at all after I applied in this branch. So, I called them one week later, they told me that I need to bring SSN card and some other document. I took it there and then there was another over one week waiting without response. No email inform, no mail from them, no phone call and no text to me for any answer. I had to call them again. The answer was “declined”. I waited for almost one month and the answer was declined for a SECURED CREDIT CARD. I just came back from Bank of America today. They only took 5 minute to approve my application for a secured credit card and I will receive my credit card by mailing to me soon. The BOA agent just so surprise that how could Firsthorizon decline a secured credit card application. Don’t waste you time with First Horizon. They do not know what they are doing. I found most of their staffs are trainees. I will close my checking account there.

  I am 58 yo. I have never ever given a bad review. Everyone makes mistakes. With that being said this bank has the worst costumers service I ever ever experienced!!! At their Germantown branch their assistant mangers are proudly lazy, inept and most important lie to costumers. In an age where horrific costumers service seems to be the norm. They have won the gold medal!!

  This is the worst bank ever. Bad customer service and they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Am closing all my accounts with this bank. They setup my one of my kids accounts and they kept charging me monthly fees when they shouldn’t when I called about CSR couldn’t help since I have to go to the branch and speak to the manger or call them. But how am I supposed to do that when I work all week and no one answers the phone to speak to a MANAGER. then the worst part is no other location can help unless it’s where you opened your account at. What kind of bull is this. This is by the way been going for 5 months now, so understand my frustration and avoid dealing with this bank.

  Horrendous experience! Opened an account 3 weeks ago and they have yet to get me properly set up and going. Spent a ridiculous amount of time to get this sorted out over the last 3 weeks only for them to tell me there’s nothing more they can do. They don’t return phone calls or email and are completely unwilling to help you! I’ll go back to Bank of America. They have had basic features that first Tennessee lacks for over 10 years now!!!!
