  Karlton is the best, he made a first time home buyer like me feel comfortable with the daunting process of purchasing home, he clearly explained what information he needs and why he needs it, broke it down to its individual elements. Addressed any concern at all I had. Was available via messaging, email and secure online portal to quickly respond back. I read somewhere that Karlton’s motto is to treat his clients as how he would have wanted to be treated when he purchased his first home. He looks out for his clients best interest, advised me accordingly and offered a structured and top of the line professional experience throughout the entire process. Home purchases are stressful on a lot of fronts but having him as a lender, took away the burden completely.
