      This is the nicest branch i have seen ever. The staff is always friendly and provides GREAT customer service. One employee especially who is GREAT to work with is Mrs. Pam Bishop. She's helped me out numerous of occasions always was friendly! I love banking with them just because of GREAT employees like that :)

      Would not allow me to have my money in my account. Said I could only withdraw in my home town. When did they make up that rule? Also the 2 ladys were also quite hateful. I will no longer be banking with any renasant to to that nonsense. Find any other bank.

      Completely horrible communication. All deposits takes 24 hrs to be available even cash deposits. It's been three days and my deposits are still pending. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
