  Hostel take over my card quit work was a easy fix just call and they fix the old way. Now the new bank 3 days of calling no call backs emailed no response I will need to go in-person so sad I signed up for a local bank not corporate big bank if I wanted that I would use suncoast

  The Service here went down hill. Closed accounts got a official cashiers check went to another Bank but had to come back because they forgot to sign. Had to come back again and not even any apologies for their mistake. Just like how I felt as a customer like oh well happens.

  This bank is a joke. They just do whatever they want with your account with no regards to you at all. All in all I have been charged over 500$ in overdraft fees even though I have requested multiple times it not be. For the first year that I had this account no overdrafts were approved. Now they say because I have a great banking history they approve them. It's terrible to know these people just make decisions that effect your money without your consideration.

  As a small business, we value the quick response time and knowledgeable help we routinely receive from First Florida Integrity Bank. Its great to be able to do business with someone local who understands our community and our industry. Bill and Charles are truly a pleasure to do business with. We could not be happier with our transition to local banking after having been no more than a number with a large box bank. Keep up the great work guys.

  The BEST Service Ever in so many ways!! I have been with them since 2014 for the business and I think even longer for our personal accounts So this review is long over due! The Loan process was excellent and made easy. Big Thank you's to Chuck Sammons & Frances, she & Chuck are the Best in the business!! Tina handles your Credit Card machines and she is always available and a walking book of knowledge. Tina really took the time to explain everything to me about our machines. My whole staff has not any problems using the machines from day one. I have used 4 other companies and the machines from FFIB are super fast processing the credit cards the fastest I have ever used even at other businesses. And the Staff & tellers in all the FFIB banks are Fantastic!! Just to name a few: (Trisha is our dogs favorite he(Beau) always goes straight to her window she is so friendly and caring) Jackie the bank manager is so helpful and caring of anything and everything I really can't explain how wonderful she has been over the years helping me!! Denise is another I have to tell you about, she is also very helpful and caring, she makes sure all your needs are met and done exactly perfect!! Mira she is a doll and always there with a big smile on her face to greet you!! Paige is another one with excellent people skills and extremely friendly. There are so many more that I am forgetting about but please know every single one of all the banks in town for FFIB's Staff are the best people around who really care and will give you the best service and help. You will be like "why didn't I do this sooner?" There are no service charges for opening a checking account for your business or personal. No fee's to use your credit card at other bank ATM's that's unreal.... Never has been and never will be. The most Impressive experience I had with First Florida Integrity Bank was pro-active with fraud when different business were compromised. They called me about the problem. I had done business with some of the business that were compromised. They advised me to come in to get a replacement bank card so no fraud would be committed on my card. The protection with your online banking for your business is outstanding!! I feel protected in so many ways to many to explain, Talk to Cathy about protecting your checking accounts. She was another Awesome employee who really helped me feel very comfortable using the protection part of the banking and made sure I understood everything they were doing to keep us protected against fraud. Her department staff Beth and the rest are outstanding when you have a question they always available. I hope this will help everyone decide to choose my bank and get out of these fee charging "Big" banks that don't care or give a rat's you know what about you personally!! I left Wells Fargo for several reasons but the top reason I left was because they charged me a fee for depositing to much Cash in one month.... That doesn't happen at our Bank First Florida integrity Bank.

  Switched from a big bank over to these guys. I can't believe I waited so long to do so because these folks are wonderful! The service is old school and I love it. Virgil set up my business account in a couple hours and it has been excellent. Keep up the great work guys!
