  I purchased a guitar from this Pawn Shop two days ago and when I got it home notice that there were a few defects with the product. the next day I went to return the guitar as per the return policy present on the receipt and was told that they would not take it back. The best they would do for me was buy it back for $55 dollars cheaper then they sold it to me for. This place ripped me off and they do not follow their policies. The kicker is, had I sold the guitar back to them they would have placed it on the rack for the original price they sold it to me for. The service was awful and the owner copped an attitude with me simply for trying to return the instrument back to his pawn shop. I would not recommend doing any business here.

  I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us, our return policies are clearly marked on our receipts and we offer returns for "defective" items only not buyers remorse. We sell used guitars and a proper inspection prior to buying is essential. We strive to be fair and polite to everyone and apologize if you felt otherwise.

  They're typical pawn shop, scum. They tried to offer me $40 for a 32" hdtv which I was ready to accept then they proceeded to lower it to $35 then 20 when I told them they were helping someone in a bind (not true just saying to help the sale). I declined. They're looking to take advantage of people down in their luck like most pawn shops are. Guy sounded like a sleeze that was getting a thrill out of it too. Stay away.

  William you called asking to sell your TV. I asked you for the model number. After a quick research your TV sells for $129.95 brand new. I offered you $40.00 based on my research. I told you our policy TV's must have the original stand and remote. The offer for $20.00 because the TV had no remote, the idea was to help you out because twice you told me you were in a bind. I am sorry you have fallen on bad times. But that is not a reason to leave a bad review . because you told me you had it listed for $95.00 online and it was not selling for you. Is precisely why we do not take TV's without factory remote and stand.

  Recently I have been through some tough financial times. John at Pine Ridge Pawn has been a real friend. You may think that a Pawn Broker is not really a friend, but you would be wrong in that opinion. There have been several times that he has relaxed his policies to help me. Sometimes a little help means a great deal! John is someone who is equally concerned about his customers as he is about making money! He will give you his respect if you give him yours!

  This is the only pawn broker to use in Naples!! They carry an amazing selection of jewelry , new, and pre- owned firearms and much more. Stop in and say hi to John and Lauren you will be happy you did.

  They have tons of cool stuff, instruments and guns. The staff is nicer than your usual pawn shop staff, in fact I’d say they are actually very pleasant people who offer good deals and won’t rip you off.

  Even though its just 2 blocks from me,I try to avoid going there.They always have something that catches my eye,and I end up buying something.Great people,great prices,great selections..learned to leave my wallet in the car when I tell myself I'll just pop in for a minute. I'm not a great haggler,but they allow me to practice without embarrasing me.They will say yes or no or make a counter offer. 5 out of 5 stars

  John and his niece were very helpful. My wedding band was taken care of along with my bracelet. It was put in on Tuesday and done on Thursday, great service.

  I left a message for this shop after hours via their website. I immediately received a text response The gal that responded to my inquiry went above and beyond to help me, sending me photos of what I was looking for the next business day. I ended up not purchasing from them because I didn’t find what I was seeking, but will definitely be back. With excellent customer service, this is a must see shop!!

  Not the typical Pawn shop. Clean, friendly, organised, GREAT customer service and prices. Bring in your gold, they are paying the most. If you have never been in a pawn shop before, try it out, you will be pleasantly surprised.
