Ashley Coburn2They closed the Bank of America that was near my house which is frustrating. Then this is the next closest one which pine ridge rd has so much traffic and then the target parking lot is a hot mess and the light to leave is wired and small so it usually has to turn twice before you can get out. Then to add on top of closing the easy access location with tons of parking the one open bank has like no tellers. Literally 1 teller this morning in high season and drive through was closed. It took me like 20 minutes to withdraw cash. I couldn’t use atm because I needed more than the maximum. The office is neat & clean and the staff is nice but zero on convenience.

Carol West2There is never enough tellers. Always have to wait. There is usually a line wrapped out the door with the spacing between people. There is a drive through that remains closed. I don't understand why if you are trying to space people out why we can't simply wait in our cars. I will say that the tellers they have are very friendly and knowledgeable, just not enough of them .
Response from the ownerHi Carol. We appreciate you coming in. Jeff Goncalves1This facility is not good at all! I show up for a wire transfer and there is 5 guys walking around and they tell me I have to schedule and appointment or way 45 min to one hour ! So I waited and I couldn’t believe , the guys just walk around doing nothing and choose to leave the customer waiting for nothing. I bank with them for many years and I have given them a lot off Bussiness but I will got bank somewhere else for sure One thing I will tell you ! They can care less about the customers .
Response from the ownerHi, Jeff. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Intimates Adult Boutique2Tellers are nice but management is terrible. They need more Tellers. Two tellers working but 3 managers doing nothing. Profit over customer service is Bank of Americas policy. They cram everyone into a small area. Not safe with Covid 19 going on. Was told to move up in line, while customer next to me has mask below nose. Not a safe environment. Will go to a different branch in future. Possibly try a different bank. Manger with blonde hair is a not a nice person..

Kayleigh Gutierrez5This location is awesome. My husband and I set up a joint account and we are so pleased with it. Set up went by smooth and it didn’t take forever like most banks. This is now our go to branch location. Not to mention the branch manager Jessika is really helpful and always brightens the day!

Alexandru Balasa1Terrible experience trying to perform a minor operation at the counter; one teller only and her attention was mostly directed to the drive-through, not the waiting line. After 10 min in line I had to leave. I am sorry to say, but BofA does not seem to value its retail customers. By the way, same experience ( long lines, one teller ) at the branch on Immokalee/Collier, also in Naples. I had a much better experience while banking with Citibank, unfortunately they don't have branches in Naples.

Alex Savchuk1I visited two times, first time everything was good but last visit was terrible - two managers at account desk did everything to refuse me. So I not only lost time nut also decided to change branch forever. First time for some month when everytbody pushed me - is right in my bank (

DENISE CAPIZZI3Can't seem to find hours of operation for the drive thru. Last time NO ONE was tending to it & I had to struggle thru the pain of getting in & out of the vehicle. Just had surgery & it was the slowest process ever inside, why not put greeters on the drive thru. No need for 2-3 ppl to greet me & ask personal questions as to what kind of banking am I there for our loud????😡😡

Dave Owens1This is the worst and slowest bank of America I've ever used in my life. I have spent more time on the phone with corporate than I have dealing with actual people in the bank. I have only once spent less than 5 minutes in the teller line and that was because it was 9:03 in the morning. What a joke, I spend 20 mins in line even time just to cash a check and make a deposit. Steer clear of this branch at all costs!

Catherine Miller5I use to go the the branch on golden gate Blvd, and I just couldn't take the lack of professionalism there. Fed up with that branch I discovered this branch is open on Saturdays, and haven't looked back. I am so pleased with the tellers, it is worth the additional commute from east Naples.
