UKI LLC1This review is about Regions mortgage only and Cynthia Valenti, that is completely INCOMPETENT and she is Vice President so that kinda tells about whole operations. She damaged my credit score by speaking informations that were completely incorrect and pursue me into adding hard inquiry to my score because she is incompetent or she needed to reach some goal that month. Do not use this bussiness for anything unless you want to waste your time and damage your credit score.

Lori Partridge3I'm giving this bank a 3 only because the drive thru service is excellent and we've never had a problem. Drive thru is fast and efficient. However, I went into the bank to get some paperwork notarized which is a free service. Because the document also required 2 witnesses, they would not do it. There were plenty of employees standing around that could have been a witness with no interruption of service to other customers. This really upset me that they would not so such a simple thing after we have banked there for a very long time. Another thing was the customer service woman did not have a mask on while she was talking to me. I had a mask on so she should have at least asked before walking up to my face if I preferred she wore a mask. I am very upset that they didn't provide this free service to me and then I had to go pay to have it done elsewhere. And I don't like employees I don't know ending their conversation with "my love" I'm sure it was just her culture but not professional. Overall, if you just use the drive thru bank there, if you tend to need other services, go somewhere else.

Susan Nimnuan1Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband has been a customer since 1998 with Regions. Our bank account got hacked and we had to get a new account. So he made an appointment as required and went in yesterday. Because of my job I wasn’t able to with him yesterday. So today he called and spoke to Tamara who he explained to he wanted to have me added to the Acct. She told us to come to the bank, go through the drive thru and be in Lane 1. She said they’d give us a form and we’d both just need our photo IDs. So I took my lunch break and met him there. We did as she said... went through the drive thru in lane 1 and waited until we reached the window. The girl at the winds said it couldn’t be done through the drive thru, we told her this is what we were told and she said no. She wouldn’t even check with a manager or Tamara... she just turned us away. So I called the bank and requested to speak to Tamara whom I was told couldn’t come to the phone. After at 33 min call and being placed on hold twice, I was told the drive through is just too busy to do what we need through the drive thru. I even explained that isn’t what Tamara told us. She never said if we are busy we won’t be able to do it. She told us go to the drive thru and lane 1 with photo ID. We even asked if an appointment would be better and she said no appointment was needed and this is down through the drive thru. Despite me explaining the the person in the phone server all times this she stated we needed an ally and they had nothing uNtil 2pm. I explained I was on my lunch break and that didn’t matter. She said the lobby was at capacity. I said we could wait or maybe they could bring out the form like I see them bringing out forms to others in the parking lot... she said no. Then I said well I’ve seen 2 customers leave and no one else has gone it... you just need my ID and signature and she said it’s not policy for them to do this in the parking lot. However I saw 2 people (one in jeans with a yellow shirt and white sweater and another with a maroon shirt and black sweater) conducting business in the parking lot with people and forms. So I’m not sure why collecting my signature would be such an issue. Again we have been customers for 22 years... worst customer service I have ever experienced. So we headed over to another bank and we have established ourselves with them and are pulling all our accts from regions. Customer service matters and we did exactly what was told of us and then were turned away... mind you this is all bc our Acct was hacked.

Debi Lawless5The tellers are always courteous to me. The bank has helped me through out the years with financial decisions that were in my favor. They always meet me with a smiling face. I have been with the same bank almost 20 yrs and they changed names in the beginning. I love this bank, unlike past experiences with other banks.

The staff is great, I'm usually in and out of there since they are fast with whatever transactions I'm there for. The branch manager Miss. Lora is doing a great job. This branch has a very professional team, keep up the great work.

Camden1Yes. I totally agree with the others. Awful. This branch is the worst. I have tried several times to resolve issues and they waste my time sitting there calling an 800 number and can’t get anything done. I can at least waste my time calling 800 number from the comfort of my home I have banked there for many years have business accounts there etc. yet when I go to deposit a check if it is large they will still put a hold on the depisit. Another branch in town has the ability to view my over all account situation and deposit without a hold. This branch can’t seem to look at the whole picture. It’s not just one person either it’s many people I worked with there.

These people are incapable of doing their job because they are too busy chatting and laughing it up in the room with the brand manager. While customer sit there and wait. So freaking unprofessional.

IceyCold TaB1Terrible. I've had so many issues with my account that I may as well not even own a debit card. I haven't been able to get it to work in ages. The customer service takes forever and some of the employees are quite rude. Bank anywhere else.
