  Lance Richards at First Fidelis makes the home buying/financing process easy and worry-free. Lance is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He is always available to answer all of your questions quickly. He will stay in communication with you regularly and keeps you informed of any and all changes in regards to the loan.   Still can't believe this is real! My team was awesome!! Charity Fishburn and Lance (and James) at First Fidelis were so amazing! They both answered all of my calls no matter what time, answered all of my questions, and showed nothing but respect and dedication to my Husband and I. Charity spent hours looking at homes around my crazy schedule. She was patient and personable and worked hard to make sure we had the best! She got us a great deal on our home, partnered us with a great inspector and titling company, and hooked us up with some AMAZING lenders! Lance (& James) @ First Fidelis jumped in and closed our loan in less than 2 weeks @ a great interest rate. Charity is personable and knowledgeable. Lance is trustworthy and efficient. They are a power team!!!

  We purchased our home recently and worked with Lance and his team. What is normally a very stressful and confusing process was the complete opposite. Lance was available to personally answer every question we had (even on the weekends), his team had a fast turnaround time, and we could not be more pleased with the process. You just wont find a more involved and dedicated company these days. It was the best experience we have ever had with a mortgage company.

  As a REALTOR, I refer my clients to vendors that I know that will get the job done and at a great value. First Fidelis is one of those vendors. First Fidelis works with over 20 banks and offers more loan programs than any lender I know of in Kansas City. Most lenders work with 2 or 3 banks and have only a few programs and rates to offer borrowers. Last week I had a VA client close with a rate below 3%. At the time my client locked on a rate, all of the other lenders were quoting between 3.25% to 3.75%. One of the low ratings on this site was from a borrower who applied for credit and stated their income was X. When their income was verified, their income was much lower than what they stated. Like any mortgage lender, First Fidelis will need to verify what information is supplied on an application.I would highly recommend First Fidelis if you are looking to finance or refinance.

  Lance and James at First Fidelis were absolutely amazing! Lance was able to get me a really great interest rate and worked hard for me. James was with me every step of the way helping me get everything together and answering my questions. They were fantastic to work with and I highly recommend!

  I've waited over a year to give this review. Lance Richard's with First Fedelis came highly recommended by our realtor and so we went to him for a loan. This was the biggest mistake and waste of over six months of my husband and my lives. This man just lead us on and round and round until we finally picked up our paperwork and went elsewhere.. I gave him one star which he doesnt deserve.

  Please, please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Even my realtor was incredibly shocked at such unprofessionalism. First time homebuyers, great credit, and what should have been a happy time turned into a literal nightmare dealing with these guys. No updates, Jim was MIA when we needed answers, Lance apologized and even admitted other customers were having the same issue with him. Bad, bad news.

  Best mortgage company ever!!! The communication was the best of any company I have ever dealt with. They have 28 different lenders and can do the impossible loans. I highly recommend these guys!!!!
