      All the staff I have interacted with have been very personable and willing to help. I really wish they would have online bill pay. Mailing a check or going to the bank every time to pay my bill is very inconvenient

      I have been a satisfied member since 1973. I have never had an issue. We do all of our banking with Mainstreet and would recommend others to do the same.

      This one star rating is due to receiving service from a teller who is unaware of how to perform her job adequately. I use shared branching and have deposited here before with no issues. But the teller who assisted me this time provided me a slip that only showed what type of bills were given to her and the total amount given to her for deposit. And then a line for signature. I have never received a slip like this before and I asked her if I could have the slip that I usually receive, which shows the amount deposited as well as the balance. She presumed to tell me that they do not have that kind of information, which made no sense to say. One, you’re a bank, and secondly,how do you not have my account balance but are able to deposit to my account? I would have accepted that reply more if she had stated she is unaware of how to give me a different slip, but do not state things that are untrue when I’ve been coming to this bank. Now I’m supposed to just guess what my available balance is? Knowing that all funds are not always immediately available upon deposit, therefore the slip would have provided my available balance. Not only is this inconveniencing for me but it’s also very irritating. Train your tellers better, because this was unacceptable and due to me wanting to be courteous of the other customers, I left, but I will be returning to talk to someone else.

      Went to this location today to cash my check, I was only about to open a savings account, but the manager at the time Tim's me it was completely fine that I open a savings account and cash my checks through them. As long as every six months I put some money in the account to keep the account active. So back to today when I'm cashing my check, an extremely rude teller working the drive through told me "this is a Federal credit Union, not a check cashing place." She said some other things, but by that point I was a little bewildered and shocked she was speaking to me like that. I wasn't made aware I couldn't cash my check through a business that I have an active open account with. Incredibly unprofessional, had I know it would have been an issue I'd never have opened an account. Whoever was working the drive thru today 4/13/2018 at 4:30 p.m. needs to be spoken to about how to treat customers.
