  My experience at this branch was exceptional, I do not have an account, rather I was looking to cash a check. A young lady by the name of Guadalupe helped. Me out, she mentioned to me a few things I liked about her bank that mine didn't offer, at my earliest convenience I'll be coming back to see her and opening an account!

  The service is phenomenal at this location. The staff here, in particular Lupe, is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming and was able to help me cash my check as well as answer some questions I had. Will definitely be back!!!

  First eagle bank and especially Mr Gallo were completely professional and went out of there way to help me. I don't usually use my real name in reviews but for the service and understanding they showed I want the whole city no the entire world know they don't deserve 5 stars they deserve 10 stars..   I was a long time customer here. But that didn't stop them from closing my accounts without disclosing a reason. Zero loyalty to thier customers

  They don't cash a check if you don't have an account with them. I will not take checks from this bank again
