  After 2+weeks to get an approval on a loan the car I was trying to purchase was no longer available. Not worth the hassle for an average decent rate. Over a week for a hold to release funds from a check is crazy when a Chase app allows a picture deposit and same day funds. This system is out dated and they don't have great rates or awesome customer service to make up for it.

  I am giving it 3 stars soley to the representative, Alex. He is a great. He knows what he is doing and is very kind. He is also patient and does what he can in order to make what you need happen. The lack of 5 stars is how this Credit Union operates. I feel almost everyone working there lacks professionalism and seems to always be in a bad mood. Especially, Ebony. They do not seem to like their job and they project that onto their customers. Overall, this credit union is just eh.

  I secured a mortgage and personal loan through this CU. They were always very prompt in responding to my calls and requests. Everyone was kind and professional. Good service.

  The worst. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t send paper work when you need them to. You have to go into the branch which closes at 5pm so it’s impossible to get things done during the week. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Pick a different credit union.

  Had an excellent experience with Elisha Smith and her staff! Everyone dreads going to finance a car they made it easy and explained all my questions in detail! Great job CPD FCU!

  I will never ever in my life refer anyone to this financial institution or bank with them again. I was referred to them through my employer so I signed up... I was one of billions of people affected by COVID and I called to find out if there were any relief options or ANY options in regards to my account. I received a phone call from some male who from the beginning of our phone call you could just tell he had a horrible attitude. He asked me “if I still needed help” (duh ... I scheduled a call back for a reason) and “what did I need help with” (in the most monotone voice ever) OH I’m sorry for inconveniencing you with my banking needs while you are getting PAID to answer my phone call. If you do not like your job find a better one. That was my first and last time calling them. Please do yourself a favor and bank with an institution that takes pride in being courteous to your customers.

  I had a general question about financing a personal loan. I submitted my inquiry via email. My questions were responded to quickly and professionally. I was also given steps on how to apply online. The persons initials was SK.

  If I can give them zero stars I would. I been with this credit union for a few years now. I officially done with them. They charge you for EVERYTHING. They charge you $1 every time you swipe your card. They charge you $37 if you want to cancel or stop payment on anything. It’s like I’m losing and not gaining. I’m so done with these people. Going to close my account with them Monday morning.

  I have been calling them for over 3 weeks about my gap insurance claim and i keep getting the run around. If you decide to purchase your vehicle through them DO NOT GET THEIR GAP INSURANCE, you will have to deal with Zaira and Seth, whom NEVER returns calls!

  Deb Dougherty extremely helpful and assisted with all she could. However home loan/Refinance officer less available than big foot himself. Going another route with home refinance due to lack of availability. Also for some reason I had a Loan alert and noticed some lady was attempting to open a loan on my account but had all her info to include Social,address,name etc... so assuming very poor glitch or she's a horrible scammer
