  I had the pleasure of working with Steve Turinsky and Blue Leaf Lending throughout the process of purchasing my condo and I have nothing but positive things to say about the level of support I received from Steve and his team! As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and Steve took the time to answer every one of them and made the complicated process very straightforward and easy. He always made himself available whenever I had a question or concern, and he was able to lock in a stellar rate for me!! I highly recommend Steve and his team, and if I ever need the assistance of a lender in the future he is the person I'm contacting!

  In purchasing a new home I opted to go with Blueleaf Lending instead of my past mortgage bank, and I am very appreciative of this switch because Blueleaf was Very Competent at each step of this involved process, and gave me excellent advice at each step. From the initial advice to assist me in taking best steps to prepare financially to the closing day I was able to get my questions answered. For each time I contacted a member of the team, they responded quickly and I felt I understood the process well.   It was an absolute pleasure working with Daryn and his team. Aside from the great rates that he offers his customers, he is very informative and helpful. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I needed some extra attention. Daryn never hesitated to help us, even though we had a lot of questions for him. He is very personable and it's clear that he and his team care about the people they work with. Daryn and his team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  They said that refinancing would be long, a head ache and just a be experience. Well, that wasn’t the case. Dori, who I worked with, made my refinance experience super simple and flawless. She walked me through every step and it felt like it was literally done in a week. I have recommended her to many friends. Highly recommended.

  Worse ever!!! Cynthia Velez was the loan officer I was working with. Very rude unprofessional literally a waste of time. The seller had to recommend another loan officer in the middle of the deal. I messaged her my concerns and why I wanted to fall back on the deal all she had to say was Acknowledged. Do not work with them!

  I have worked with Barry and Blueleaf Lending twice in the past in the past 5 years. Both times was for 30 year fixed loans for the purchase of my primary residence. The experience was top notch! Great rates, excellent service, and extremely helpful and professional people all around. I would highly recommend Blueleaf.

  I spoke w Tyler Knudsvig this morning. He had quite an attitude on the phone. I had barely spoke with him for 3 minutes. He was a referral from a realtor on top of that.
