  I've worked with Michael twice on a jumbo and a refinance. Honestly, look no further if you want the best rates and service. Michael and his assistant, Barb are very attentive, thorough, and fast! We were on a time crunch and Michael would answer my calls late night and on the weekends. I've worked with other lenders before and the level of personal service that Michael provides is beyond any other lender's. I definitely have a Type A personality and working with him put me at ease! Him and his team go above and beyond to get the deal done! If you want the best, you'll be missing out if you don't give Michael a chance. I'm definitely going to be working with him in the future for other deals.

  We have utilized Mike's services multiple times since we purchased our home a few years back. While at Fifth Third, he had helped us in getting financed for our purchase and that's when we originally experienced first hand his tremendous work ethic and commitment in getting us to the close with an extremely tight timeline to work with. Soon enough, he helped us in getting refinanced for a lower rate without any issues while still at Fifth Third. Most recently, after he joined Blueleaf, we worked with him again on a refinance to take advantage of the low interest rates in the post COVID times. What has not changed in all these years is his great customer service and a deep understanding of the home loan underwriting and approval process. He anticipates and very eagerly tries to remove the roadblocks his clients can potentially run into by keeping them informed at every step of the way.   Mr. Dobbs navigated us through our simultaneous refinance and HELOC this year. He has a deep understanding of the market and was able to compare different products across different banks to find the right fit for our needs. He and his staff were very responsive and helped us close much quicker than any other loan or refinance we have worked through in the past.   I was put in a situation where if I didn’t get my X husbands name off my house and refinance he was going to be able to make me list it. I didn’t work enough because of COVID so it was tricky for me. I went to one company and also with Mike Dobbs from blue leaf at about the same time to see who could get it done. The other company pushed my closing twice because they weren’t doing what needed to be done in a timely manner. Mike started on my loan 3 weeks after the other company did and he was able to get me closed 2 days before the court hearing!! He saved my home he saved so much for me, I could never thank him and his team enough. My life was in his hands in a sense. I would recommend him to ANYONE I know. I’m so very grateful.
