  I had the best experience! I’ve used several mortgage brokers over the years but my experience here was incredible. I felt supported throughout the entire process and whenever I had a question, Caleb and Lisa were there to respond right away. Top notch communication and follow-up.   John and his team are great to deal with. Super responsive and they have a knack for getting you a fair deal based on your qualifications. In the last 5 years I have done 3 deals with John. He's trustworthy, gives honest feedback and valuable suggestions on how to make your income/assets improve your overall worth. If you are looking for someone to do their best at finding you a new mortgage or refinance you will be comfortable with, look no further. The compass fees are not outrageous, very reasonable and I genuinely believe they do want your business for life.

  John and his team were great at keeping me informed of my loan status during the process. They were there to quickly answer my questions by call or text. They were able to solve any issues that arose so that the process was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend their service if you are buying a home.

  I have used Compass Mortgage twice. Both times, John, Lisa and the staff have gone above and beyond my expectations! They work miracles! They helped me buy my own home for the first time since my divorce when others told me it couldn't be done. The refinancing this year went very smoothly and saved me a lot of money!   I was super happy with my experience with Kambs Jennings! It was my first time buying property so I had a lot of questions and needed things explained in-depth, and I was always able to get my questions answered and they made sure I understood everything. A friend recommended Compass to me and then she and I both ended up working with a realtor that Caleb recommended and it all went so smoothly and was a really positive experience all around!

  Im so glad that a neighbor recommended Kambs Jennings group of Compass Mortgage to me. We were in the process of refi with Wintrust and being curious we applied with Compass. OMG! Huge difference! These guys saved me 300 MORE bucks per month than WinNOTtrust was offering! We are paying 400 bucks less per month on our refi with Compass! These guys are easy to reach and even were patient with my crazy questions.

  John was wonderful to work with. We met John through a mutual friend after coming off a very negative experience with a different mortgage broker. We were hesitant to even engage again, but John assured us he could get us an amazing rate on our primary home and our investment property, with no closing costs and no issues! It was music to our ears! Shortly after our chat, John began following through on all of his promises. He quickly locked us in with an amazing rate on each property and we were off and running. Throughout the process John was extremely kind, patient and of course knowledgeable. John answered all of our questions and was always quick to respond over text, email or phone call. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and have already referred friends to John while interest rates are so low.
