  Worst customer service ever. Would not help me at all first time around since I’m not the account holder,(even though I had the account holder on the phone ready to verify any information) which, that, I can understand. However, what’s not okay is the tone of carelessness, the tone that makes customers uneasy and unwelcome and not cared about. Second, when I came back with the account holder this rep proceded to laugh and joke with her colleagues and BLURT out how “Some people are SO ANNOYING” in mockery that she refused to help. If you don’t like your job then find something else but don’t take your bad choices out on other people. Won’t come to this location again because of this rep. She is the one pictured to the left.

  Any bad review is from like 7 years ago that I’ve seen. This bank has never done me wrong and are actually open on the Mondays during pointless holidays. Easy to deposit and case. As well as using app I have never had any problems. I recommend. Also I was never charged a fee!

  This is a great bank. I like this location better than all the other ones I’ve been to. They are nice and professional here. They help me a lot here. The manager and the rest of the team are great here!

  I love this bank since I joined about 2yrs ago now. They have been simply amazing. I had been a member of BOA, Wells Fargo, and Chase i had terrible experiences with them all!!! So bad I swore of banks and cashed my checks at like a 7% charge for like 2yrs. Anyway writing this review for rondalfo i know I just butchered the spelling but He could've just left me hanging cause they were gearing up for closing. But for the reason I love this bank he treated me like a human and helped me get my online info cause he could not cash the check. Thanks man!

  Worst bank I have ever banked with there customer service is a joke. I tried to close this account 2 years ago they do not send letter or any correspondence. So now 2 years later after no communication they process a insurance check and take it upon themselves to reactivate the account an add on fees. That is why I left this bank because this would not happen anywhere else complete BS! Today I spoke to there customer service first girl was rude and got offensive when I was upset that they would not refund the activation fees Spoke to her Manager Kevin who was not helpful and could not provide an information on the account. DO NOT BANK HERE

  I had re-open my account, and the fellow there was so nice and helpful, I love all the people there, they are always so helpful and kind (which is big deal to me) I have been very pleased with this bank.

  I have been banking with 1st Convenience Bank since I was 18 yrs. old. It has now been 13 years. I always have friendly people helping me (there have only been a couple that seemed like they were not very social) at this bank and the lines move fairly quickly. If the line is long there is usually an associate walking around with pen and paper forms so that you can fill it out for a deposit or withdrawal so that when it is your turn to be helped the process is sped along. I really think that many of the reviews are from people who are just unhappy with the bank for whatever reason. More people need to review that have had a positive experience with this bank. I think the 2+ stars is VERY inaccurate, I'm very shocked! I came to this bank because they were my second chance bank after Bank of America overcharged me on fees. As long as you stay free of overdrafts and such this bank is really convenient and really a good bank. I have been with them 13 years so that should tell you something! Try them out! :)

  After banking with First Convience for over 6 years I have dealt with VERY rude management, tellers pretending that "their hands are tied", listened to every lie about "their policy", and after today IVE HAD IT. Me and my wife have 4 accounts all of which have overdraft protection. But APPERENTLY this one account does not, and it only covers Debit transactions whether you authorized the trasaction or not. I cant deal with this bank anymore. Im tired of always having to watch their little loops holes and IM REALLY getting tired of you guys taking my money. And from what I can tell I'm not the only person this is happening to. I will be switching banks and suggest anyone who thinks about opening a account with them DON'T PUT YOUR MONEY IN THERE!

  This bank is absolutely horrible never open an account with them! They lie about there services. Its always a run around game with them and almost every time I have been here to get money orders to pay rent their machines are down. I cash checks and they say it will be available in my account the next day. But it's not. Better yet my name and social doesn't match up with any accounts in their system. So I check my card balance at a atm and there $1.00 in my account. Where is the other money? Absolutely horrible bank I would of have 0 stars but it wont let you. Customer service is absolute trash as well.

  Ive been banking here for 7 years now since ive lived in Austin. Its unconventional due to it being inside of a Walmart but I honestly havent had many problems with this location. They have always been very helpful. The website does glitch a lot and thats annoying but not the bank tellers fault!
