  I was helped by Emilio at the HEB, Hwy 290 location, in Cypress, TX. As I needed to open an account for my disabled husband, he walked me through the steps. He is a personable, yet conscience, young man. All the steps went smoothly, as well as his guidance on the teller prompter. It was a fun experience. Five stars from me.

  I am very pleased at the way juan handles the company's business. His professionalism is far more the best I've encountered since dealing with this credit union. He makes you appreciate doing business. I love the way i feel after talking with him. I wish i could give him 10 stars because he deserves far more than 5. Keep up the good work.

  This is the second loan that I have done with First Community FCU. Working with Juan Alatorre and Chris Alvarez made everything easy for me to trade from one car to another. They worked with me in getting the payments to where I would be comfortable. I can also say that this is a great credit union to be a members of. They always answer my calls and are willing to do what is necessary to get the job done. The service they offer cannot be match by any other credit unions or banks. Their rates cannot by beaten. If you are not a member of a credit union this is the one to join. Mary

  Within the last 10 day I had the opportunity to work with Courtney T and Chris on securing financing for an RV loan. Simply put, they both epitomize professionalism and service. Its a rarity these days. I will gladly continue to do business at this in-store branch as all my interactions have been positive.

  I have both a personal and a business account with FCCU. I am always happy with the service I get at both this branch and the Fairfield location. Very friendly and professional staff that are always ready to go above and beyond. I’m glad to see that FCCU has managed to preserve the all important “human element” to banking along with all the changes in the banking sector these days. I say good job to Juan and Chris and the entire staff at FCCU.

  Juan Alatorre and the team at FCCU Barker Cypress have always provided me with great service. This is the only location I will go to because of the great personal service they provide. From auto loans to general questions about my account- never had a problem.

  I been with first community 3+ years now and Juan is the first person I met that actually remembered me a whole year later and I was pleased to have him help me refinance my car and got me a better deal then I have ever had in life. He is the best hands down and I will forever thank him.
