  My day initially started off as a stressful experience at the garage, ended calmly at the credit union!!!! Although nobody enjoys applying for a loan for car repairs ( New Engine plus cost of rental); the staff at the Lehighton branch were reassuring and very helpful with different options. The loan officers were able to work with my schedule. The use of Doc U sign is a true benefit. Been a member since 1993!!!!!!

  Very friendly, very informative, very quick service, very knowledgeable, very much so against the big banks, and very quick to make you feel right at home. These guys care a lot about what they do. My best banking experience. I feel they get it just right with the level of technology inside this place, guys. Wouldn't do anything to change this place, because they are doing the union cause justice, I tell you what.

  We have been banking with the credit union for 25 years. They always make my visit a pleasant experience. A smile and a hello greets me every visit. I don't feel like just another account number when I come in. The service is quick and precise with no problems. The technology stays in touch with the times and we really appreciate that they are keeping up with the modern advances too! They have helped us at every turn and made the hard times so much easier because they are always there for us whether for good times or bad. Whether it be a loan, mortgage or to refinance they were there and made the process quick and painless! I also like the Lehighton Branch because my wife and I can go to the bank and go grocery shopping at Giant right after!! Win-Win! Recommend First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union to everyone!

  Have been with first Commonwealth credit union for over 30 years. I and my husband have various accounts and are always happy with our service. Staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Don't need to go anywhere else, our service is exceptional.
