  I literally owe the fact that I am a homeowner to the absolute expertise of the people at carbon search and settlement. I don’t want to go in to specified detail, but needless to say my realtor dropped the all in a serious way, but luckily with the help of my loan officer Carbon search and settlement picked the ball right back up and took it to the goal. I’m not a real estate expert by any means, but I feel closing was also very fast in office. This is the company you want on your side for your real estate transaction, because they truly conduct themselves as they are on your side.

  Carbon Search and Settlement Services handled our closing. We've already relocated across the country, and they made everything super easy for us. We had a couple of questions-- like "where do we sign vs. sign-and-notarize", and "which date do we use here and there?". Every time we called, they picked up right away, and they were happy to help us with our questions. We were able to do everything by email and overnight mail. They were very fast, thorough, and professional. If I was still in the Carbon County area and needed help with a real estate closing, I'd use their services again in a heartbeat.

  Connie and the team at Carbon Search and Settlement were awesome. I've closed at a lot of title companies in my 20 years in real estate and every time I called or emailed, they were helpful and had a cheerful attitude and willingness to serve. Would recommend closing here if doing any real estate transaction in the Carbon County area.

  This is the first and last stop in your title search or settlement company if you are shopping around. Even during the shutdown /slowdown of Covid, the team over at Carbon were able to expeditiously handle a sale for me (mind you I don't even live in state). Everything was handled over email and phone calls, all information was easy to understand or they worked with me if I needed clarification. Again they are reputable and efficient. Thank you guys again for all your help.

  Connie was beyond amazing for representing us in the closing of our house! Covid did not help and our closing took 7 months! She stayed in touch and answered every question I had, even communicating with the sellers lawyer! I could never thank her enough! ❤

  In my opinion Connie Christman from Carbon Search & Settlement is the best title agent in the area. She has great attention to detail, impeccable work ethic, effective communication skills, and deep expertise in her field. When she says it is possible to close on a deal it sometimes means that she is the only one that can actually do it. I've personally seen her close a 4-leg estate sale which could only be pulled off if all four buyers coordinated on the same day for all four properties in order to clear the outstanding judgements on the estate. Most other agents would stay away from such deal, yet she did everything on time and cleared all titles. I highly recommend her to anyone involved with real estate in Carbon County.
