  I love the staff at the Lehighton Location. I think they are caring, nice and always answer any question I have. Everyone has a different banking experience. Mine was a very positive experience. And I would recommend this branch to anyone looking to switch to new bank!

  The staff at this branch is very welcoming and professional every time I go in. They are always helpful from making a simple deposit to answering questions related to both personal and business banking. I would recommend anyone in the Lehighton and surrounding areas to use MCT for their banking needs.

  Great local bank. Friendly and supportive staff ready to help you with all your banking needs. We bank at lehighton branch and have always felt like the staff has our back. When you bank with Mauch Chunk, your money stays in your community. That is important to us. Big bank money goes to Wall Street. Local bank money goes to Main Street. Keep it local!!

  I love banking at the lehighton branch. I am the General Manager @ McDonald’s right up the road and do our banking there. I never have to wait and always receive friendly courteous service. It’s good to see all the ladies there and at times we have a good laugh which is needed and appreciated on a hectic day.

  Okay. So I just worked a 14 hour shift and I commute an hour, it's 830 am and they open at 9am. I figure I will stop there and wait for them to open prior to going home for the day to deposit my check. Employee comes to my car and asks me if I am there for the bank, I reply yes, she them tells me while pointing to a sign in the parking lot that I cannot be there because they are not yet open. The sign to me says you cannot park there after bank hours or you will be towed, I am SLIGHTLY early and my car is not unattended. I feel that this was just poor service and quite rude. If you feel that me parking there waiting for you to open would be in any way threatening why would you walk out to approach my vehicle? I think this is the last of a few things I have experienced with the staff at this location and that I will now be closing my account as opposed to depositing more money into it and going down the road and opening an account elsewhere. If your looking for a new bank I would avoid this one because the only time they aren't sarcastic or just lacking any type of professionalism or customer service skills is when you are there to open an account.

  Great bank, with a family feel. When you walk in the great you by name. Makes me happy to have my money in this bank. If I have any issues, they have always been quick to sort it out.
