  Cameron Ricks is amazing. I just closed on my house today. I originally had quotes from another larger mortgage corporation out of salt lake city. I am so glad I gave Cameron a chance to win my business because he was able to work with me to get qualified for the most money at the best rate possible. He was always willing to help with all of my many questions. He also offered me advice for options in the future that might be of benefit for me later on. I will always work with Cameron at First Colony Mortgage for my future needs.

  I've used First Colony (specifically Lane Aldrich) 4 times now, and will continue using them in the future. Lane gets it done on time, exactly like he said, and is great about answering questions along the way. No drama, no panic, no sweat. Just a smooth, easy transaction. Highly recommend!

  First of all I would like the thank Greg for everything he did for me and my family. He is an awesome person to work with, very helpful, knowledgeable and I really liked the fact that he kept me up to date with everything. At work I am always busy on the phone and being able to email back and forth was easy as can be. His quote he gave me at first was very accurate with what I ended up on my final loan documents, I was surprised I got a lower payment. Their is a reason my father, my sister and I, used Greg to get a loan on our homes. Not only that but tambien habla espanol.

  All the people who work here seem to be really great. I've never heard of anyone having a negative experience, so if you're looking around I would definitely give this place a go. They are very pragmatic yet positive and helpful and will answer any questions you might possibly have.
