  Jason Kindler and his team were OUTSTANDING in every way. After our offer, our original lender came back and said they could not meet the close date or even close to the close date. Thankfully, we found Jason from a referral and he immediately prioritized us with his team. We were pre-approved within 24 hrs and were able to meet our contract obligations. Not only did they complete all their paperwork and deadlines on their end by our less than 30 day close date, our title company told us they sent paperwork ahead of schedule and were one of the most responsive brokers they had dealt with throughout the process. To make it even harder, we were first time home buyers and last minute homeowner insurance changers. We are relieved to have found them and incredibly thankful to Jason and his team!!! FIRST COAST MORTGAGE is AMAZING and a top-rated team all around!!!

  I've never had a mortgage process go so smoothly! Jason was very kind, responsive and always made himself available if there were any questions that arose. My realtor was impressed asking for his contact cards for referrals. Even other mortgage companies who were competing for our business asked: "Well how is he going to be able to do that for you?"!. Jason did the impossible for us! He made sure we got the most competitive rate around! His team of underwriters were efficient and you never felt pressured under any circumstances. His extensive network of professional acquaintances guaranteed us that we had all the available resources to close at a very aggressive date.   Great service, very responsive and timely. I closed on a unique property which may normally cause some delays in closing, but Jason, Ashley and the entire team at First Coast Mortgage were able to make it happen by the original scheduled closing date. When a speed bump arose, they had solutions and alternatives to be able to continue moving forward. I would highly recommend.

  My wife & I had used another lender in the past & unfortunately. They failed to even respond. Our realtor recommended Delaney & the team at First Coast Mortgage. Within minutes of calling Delaney she had us pre-approved. No joke! She stepped in & made an already stressful situation easier to handle. She is excellent in walking you thru the process step by step. There is no grey area with this woman or company!!!! Always available to field any questions.
