  We were simply 'exploring the area' and wandered into First Collective to ask if someone was willing to spend an hour to show us 2 gated communities we could not see on our own. Nicole said, ' no issue, i will take you' knowing we had no intention of buying. She immediately, set us up to see 3 gated communities. Nicole and First Coast Collective were professional, knowledgeable, immensely helpful, supportive, held our hand through and past closing. Most importantly, Nicole immediately 'read' my wife and her needs. When we did begin looking, Nicole didn't 'throw' things at us. She knew what we wanted and only sent us very close 'fits'. One morning, a house popped up that fit closely; she immediately emailed it to us. The listing had 15 showings on day 1 and several offers that evening. We made an offer just from the listing and a virtual tour. Nicole and First Coastal worked until 9:45 at night putting together a 'value' offer (not just price). By 10:00 AM , with their guidance, we won the offer over 3 other bidders and were under contract by 1:00 PM. No other house since has come on market that met our goals. Nicole and her team led us through financing, inspections, and other matters making the closing process a dream. Nicole and First Coastal are FIRST Class and your partner all the way.

  I can't say enough great things about Nicole and the rest of the team at First Coast. From start to close was exactly 1 month. Nicole's preparation and attention to detail had us knowing what to expect through each phase. Phone calls, emails, and texts were always returned in a timely fashion by Nicole or a member of the First Coast team. Nicole said at the very beginning she would be there to help with everything and not only met, but exceeded our expectations. I would (and already have)recommended Nicole and First Coast to anybody looking to purchase a home in Northeast Florida. Great experience!

  I am not a novice to buying and selling homes using real estate agents. In my 66 plus years, I have bought and sold at least six homes. However, I am new to being blessed with the best agent ever. Nicole Middlebrook not only listened to and understood our needs, she also got to know our vision for our final home. Nicole was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. As a result, we got our dream home! Sometimes however, circumstances that we cannot control in life just happens. One week before we were to close on our new home, my son became seriously ill and was hospitalized in New York. I flew there immediately, as he was my one and only priority. Unfortunately, this left my 72 year old husband holding the bag to move us interstate. He has never had to do this, as I have always handled everything during a move. He usually arrives after all the chaos with his toothbrush! Needless, to say, he was like a deer caught in the headlights! You ladies out there know exactly what I am talking about! Nicole immediately stepped in for me and held his hand through the entire process. She went leaps and bounds above and beyond her job requirements as a real estate agent representing us. She gave me the ability to concentrate on my son and took over my job. I will be forever grateful to have met her and am honored to call her my friend. You don’t come across real estate agents like her in your lifetime. You will never regret signing with Nicole to either sell or buy your home.   Nicole was the absolute best realtor I could have found for my mom’s home search in Jacksonville. As her daughter and with both of us living in New York, I was very anxious to begin the search with her to move to Florida. Once we started working with Nicole, she immediately eased my anxiety and became the best partner for us through this crazy process. My mom suffers from health issues and need to find a home with certain specifications and Nicole was beyond understanding. We flew to Florida and she took us on multiple tours of properties that would fit what we were looking for, spending hours with us and really giving us her full attention. She was extremely personable, compassionate and not pushy (which is so important with a realtor). She truly wanted to find the perfect home for my mom and would not rest until it was found. She assisted us in putting in two offers and luckily we had the second offer approved. Since we were already back in NY with the second part of our search and ultimately the accepted offer, she FaceTimed my mom to walk her through the property, helped set up the home inspection and held our hand every step of the process while we were in NY. During the process she was constantly in communication with both of us, always on top of things and never left us hanging. I couldn’t be happier that we found Nicole and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy their next home!

  Nicole was wonderful! We grabbed some coffee on the first day and walked through what I was looking for in a home and a break down of the steps in home buying. So I knew what to expect, she wasn't pushy in any way which is what I had ran into with others and was extremely detailed and got to know me. I really appreciated how professional she was, I'm a big folder and paper in hand type of person. Through out the whole process she followed up on each step and kept me in the loop and what to expect at each step when we got there. I think the most important thing Is I felt like she cared and she helped me stay confident since home buying can be a bit scary for a first time home buyer or anyone buying. That was a lot, but that's just a summary of my experience to help back up why I'd recommend Nicole and her office!
