  Joshua Hull was a pleasure to work with today. My husband died recently and Josh helped me navigate the changes that needed to be made. I have known Josh since this branch opened...actually we met him before the bank opened. He is very professional and a real asset to the branch. Today's process was painless because of Josh.

  We had a fantastic experience with this branch, specifically with Josh Hull. I’ve been with VyStar for over 20 years and working with the Nocatee branch and Josh has been a highlight of that customer relationship. Josh helped us not only set up financing for a new car purchase, but also helped us to refinance an existing car loan to save even more. He was patient, friendly, and took his time explaining the process. If you’re looking for a Credit Union versus a larger bank and want to have a relationship with those who are handling your finances, visit this branch and Josh!

  After a painful and unsavory experience with the title department, left confused, without answers and after being told “that’s not my problem” I was very disappointed. Daniel, at the Nocatee branch saved face by going above and beyond and making my problem, his problem. Daniel used all the recourses available to him to make sure my situation got sorted with ease, and was able to get the title departments error resolved. Thank you Daniel for reminding me why I’ve been a member since 2015.

  I just want to say that I had a lot of issues that needed to be taken care of and Lois Remolde was amazing she handled all my issues and was so friendly and patient with me. She's awesome I'm glad I came to this branch

  Great Service - Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. VyStar also gives you access to your salary 1 day earlier than other banks! Joshua Hull is an outstanding employee who has helped me several times with my banking needs. He is always professional and helpful and he takes time to explain all the details. I highly recommend the Nocatee Branch.
