  NEVER USE!!! Waste of customer time, waste of your money. Worse experience I've EVER had! Nothing done in a timely manner. No guidance on first-time home buyer deals/offers. Not willing to help an inch! Made us spend THOUSANDS extra on living expenses while waiting on closing. Dragged out weeks longer than necessary. I wish I never worked with them. I contacted MULTIPLE mortgage brokers and they all agreed it was horrible customer service and poor mortgage-knowing skills. I have told EVERYONE never to use this company, including multiple realtor friends. It should be closed. I will be reporting to BBB! Wish I backed out, like my instinct was telling me.

  Without reservation I would HIGHLY recommend the Atlantic Trust Mortgage (ATM) Team and specifically Wade Swindell. My #1 criteria in working with a business is customer service, and Wade along with the entire ATM team were fantastic partners in my refinance process that was smooth from start to finish. Can not thank them enough for their professionalism, open communications and willingness to make sure I had the right information at each step, enabling a successful and timely refinance.

  ATM has the best customer service and the best rates! The dedication and commitment to their clients is unmatched! They go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have as a Realtor, home buyer, or someone refinancing! They should be the first company you call when looking for financing options! I have used them personally for multiple home purchases as well as referred them to family and friends for refinancing their homes or when purchasing new ones. I won't do business anywhere else after the incredible experiences I have had with Atlantic Trust Mortgage!

  We worked with Dewayne Cumbo for both our initial home purchase and our VA loan refinance. Both times Dewayne ensured all our questions were answered, often taking our calls later in the evening to accomodate our work schedules. We were able to easily meet all deadlines with the loan process and were able to close on an outstanding rate for a 30 year fixed VA loan. If you want an honest, thorough, and professional loan originator; you definitely want to work with Dewayne!

  Wade’s team at Atlantic went the extra mile to get our refi approved and closed quickly. They are top notch and very clear in the whole process insuring it was clear of confusion and answering any questions fast, easy to understand, and did I mention fast.. would recommend 100 times over for anyone with mortgage needs or even questions in general!

  I have yet to see any lender beat ATM’s rates! When I first started in real estate I went thorough 7-8 different mortgage companies before finding Atlantic Trust Mortgage. Every lender before would mess something up by not doing enough research on the front end and the transactions would blow up in our face weeks before closing. That has NEVER happened with Atlantic Trust! They are very reliable and have amazing rates!! Thank you to Scott Goldstein and the entire team at Atlantic Trust Mortgage for helping many of my customers and for helping me with my business as a realtor!
