  I have been with this bank for 12 years now. I have to tell you, this is the best bank I have ever dealt with. I have had many fraudulent withdrawals, either with my bank card or an unauthorized check withdrawal and they have caught it everytime, never missing a beat! The staff is AMAZING at every single branch! I love my bank! You have a client for life with me! Thank you for always protecting my hard earned money!

  Employees are very nosy and always get involved in personal life matters of customers which result in messy family situations. Employees work environment is like a social club. Employees need additional training for behaving n a professional manner and remind them to mind their own business. Bank is not a social club or marriage counseling service. I have never seen more than 1 costumer in teller line which shows that bank is over staffed. I will never recommend anyone to deal with this bank.

  So grateful for FCNB! They go above and beyond for all their customers. Mary at the Jackson branch is especially helpful, kind, and so professional!
