  Our experience with Leaders has been absolutely perfect. We got a car loan through them and worked with Becky Henry. I have no idea why we waited so long to join Leaders, as their service has been exceptional and they made the car buying process so seamless. Although they recommend GAP insurance, warranties and etc., they are not pushy like many car dealerships. Becky was so professional and responded so quickly to everything. Looking forward to future opportunities to work with Leaders!

  Love the professional, friendly atmosphere of all Leaders Credit Union I have been to but must point out Amanda Beller at the Oil Well location, she went above and beyond to help me when my account was wrongfully charged and assisted me until I got answers and the account fixed! I was very upset and she went out of her way to help the entire situation!

  Even with the proactive approach from my family, our recent experience with this branch and loan officer Priddy was extremely poor, and it is no surprise that racial disparities in the mortgage market have not declined in the last four decades. Throughout this process my family expected the loan officer to have comprehensive knowledge of the process and industry best practices, rules, and regulations. We were essentially providing information to the loan officer the entire time and taking initiative to clear certain areas that we were certain he would provide direction on. In addition, the communication during this process was terrible, and I’ve heard other locals express the same frustration but don’t want to leave a review. We will not be using this bank again, nor will we recommend to future homebuyer applicants.

  I switched from a huge well known bank to Leaders and it was the best financial decision I have ever made. I am always treated like I am the only customer they have. I recently took out a credit card with low interest rates. I truly enjoy being part of the Leaders family!

  I went to this credit union after my bank was bought out by Simmons and I had terrible experiences with the new bank. I wish I'd made the jump sooner honestly! Leaders has been an absolute excellent experience 100 times over, I actually don't mind calling my bank or going in!

  The credit union has a call center, by phone you can do almost any banking you need. The staff is always nice and wonderful to do business with. They are open and honest with you and offer options without up selling , 20 plus year customer and I have never had a bad experience. I have bought cars and toys over the phone bought a house in a very short time with only one visit. What more can you ask for? Much much more and better experiences than I ever got with Bancorp who I had for way to long. Thanks for all you do Gracie!!

  Dealing with leader credit union this morning was a terrible experience. Had to go to 2 different branches to get my problem solved. It was the first time I went into their branch and had a Member Service Provider tell me they could not help me. **update**leaders reached out to me and wanted to better understand the situation so they can work to fix the experience. Service recovery matters.
